Great location

Overall, the stay was good. The AC could've worked a little better but otherwise, the location was great for walking to places in the evening

Location! Location! Location!

This was our first time to travel to Key West. We didn't realize how desirable the location of this condo would be. The ease of getting to excursions, restaurants, etc. from the condo made our trip stress-free. We loved that the condo felt very safe and spacious.

perfect location

This is a very nice property in an excellent location. You can walk to most main attractions. There are restaurants and a coffee shop under the building and a convenience store around the corner.

Perfect Vacation spot!

We really enjoyed this home. The location was perfect, tucked away slightly yet so many food, shopping and entertainment options close by. The home had all the necessities and features to make you feel at home. The manager was awesome with responding to any questions. Will definitely recommend!

Duval Condo

Had a great stay. The condo was great. Perfect location. We have stayed at Duval square on many occasions and bathrooms were roomer in this one. The property manager responded quickly and was very nice. We will definitely stay there again!! Also loved the check in procedure.

Great location, OK place

The location was great. Close to everything but still quiet. The condo is more dated and worn than we expected. There was a strong musty smell as soon as we opened the door and adjusting the a/c didn't help. Maybe it's typical of the area but it really bothered my allergies.

Ski weekend

Condo was gorgeous! Exceptionally clean and had everything one would need in the kitchen. Location was awesome! Beautiful view and walking distance to restaurants, pubs and cute shops. We used this as a base for a last minute ski vacay as all the ski resort locations were booked! So glad they were booked or we would not have found this gem!

Big spacious townhouse in the heart of old key west

We stayed a couple nights and enjoyed the spacious clean home, secured parking and location to be able to just leave the car and walk everywhere. Only drawback was the master bedroom is above a loading dock and dumpster so it wasnt fun to get woken up by the garbage truck and delivery truck. Thats the only reason i took off a star.

Great Location

Check in and out were a breeze and the location is great. We loved the pool and the secure parking. The place itself is well stocked and roomy. It definitely needed a deep clean, though. The master bedroom has a window unit that kept saying error. It was hotter in the bedroom than outside (in July!) so it was pretty miserable. It never cooled off. We were really disappointed with that. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Condo as expected

We had a great time in Key West. I had a few days with my son before he leaves for deployment. Due to changes by the army to his timeline, i tried to contact the prooerty manager to adjust our rental days. They would not respond despite repeated attempts. I paid for time i could not use. I got no help from vrbo or the owner.

Nice place in downtown Key West.

Hot tub was broken. No response from owner/manager. After repeated calls, was given opportunity for complimentary late checkout as compensation. Found out later owner/manager tried to charge me $250 for not returning keys, which was not correct. Fortunately, I had taken a picture showing I had returned both keys to the lock box. As of this writing still trying to resolve this owner/manager, VRBO, and credit card company.

Key West

The townhouse is close to the southern most point, so it is at the end of “the action,” but still a great location. The listing states this property has A/C and ice maker. It has A/C, but upstairs bedrooms have individual units to supplement the main A/C. The master has a window unit that barely cools and the other bedroom has a standing unit that cools very well! No ice maker on property, but there are ice cube trays and they freeze quickly. Hair dryer in the master bath did not work. Everything else was great. Yes, it is a bit dated, but we weren’t there to sit inside! Great location, great unit, had a wonderful time!

No emergency contact

We were happy with the property! Before the booking our communication with the host was excellent; however 1 night we locked all the keys to the property inside and we could not get a hold of the host. We left messages and never got a call back. We could not find a local locksmith. My husband was able to climb onto the back porch and get into the property. My only complaint is that there was no emergency contact or way of getting hold of the property owner. Other than that our stay was excellent.

Very dated and needs some general upkeep

Check in process included nothing regarding parking. When called appropriate number on info sheet, spoke with Pete who was quite rude. Told us we had to enter property to get parking pass and instructions while we were parked in a towing zone. Throughout property multiple repairs needed such as toilet handle falling off half bath toilet and multiple door knobs needed work. Duct tape hiding damage on counter over dishwasher. The size of the unit was comfortable and the location was fantastic.

GREAT LOCATION

The property was very clean and comfortable. I had a question and texted the property manager / owner never responded. It was not a big deal so I didn’t make another attempt. Perhaps my question wasn’t seen. We did go to the pool on the first afternoon for a short time but we were told the next day by another short term renter that the pool was only for owners and a padlock had been placed to keep renters out. Again, not a huge deal since we were busy seeing and doing other things but if you plan to utilize the pool Maybe check and make sure it is allowed. The property was as described, in the perfect location and very nice. Figuring out how to get the key to the outside gate is a little tricky and going in and out of the property can be confusing at first but once you go in and out a few times it’s a breeze. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends.
