About this property

Completely furnished condo with all the amenities you likely have at home and some you might not expect in a rental property - e.g., printer, BBQ, hand and face soap, books, video games, board games, washer and dryer, extra blankets and pillows, French press, etc. Ready for you to just move in and put your feet up, throw some steaks on the BBQ, brew a cup of coffee or pour a glass of wine, and watch some TV all while staying connected to your work or online entertainment venues.

This spacious condo in a quiet complex, close to all things Aggie - Kyle Field, Bush Library, TAMU, Restaurants, and Shopping. It is on the Aggie bus line and has a fenced-in backyard, and can comfortably sleeps 7 or 8 with two queen beds, one full futon couch, and two twin beds. It comes with 3 parking spaces; shampoo and conditioner; blow dryers; coffee maker and coffee; microwave; complete kitchen including dishes, pot and pans, silverware, etc; and all linens. This is a no smoking, no pets property.

My condo is your condo during your stay. You will never see me unless you have trouble with something. I do not live in this unit, it is used only as a short-term rental property. There is even a keyless entry for your convenience. Once a reservation is secured, I'll give you the door code. All I ask is that you treat my property with respect and enjoy the space.

The Cozy Condo was just what we needed!

We really enjoyed our stay in College Station even though the weather could have been a lot better! However, the Cozy Condo was just what we needed to give us the extra room for family coming in town to celebrate with our daughter who was getting her Aggie ring. Not only is it close to the campus but it had all the room and amenities we needed. We definitely will keep this in mind next time we come to Aggieland and need extra room.

Great Location for Our Family Gathering!

This condo was so nicely decorated, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was great for attending the Texas A&M graduation. Only a few minutes from campus! The air conditioning works really well, which was important on such a hot and humid weekend! Parking for the condo is immediately in front of the condo, so that was convenient, too.

Perfect property for small group...

Susan's property was perfect for our group of 5 adults. It was very clean and made you feel right at home. She had all the amenities you could think of needing. I'd surely stay here again if I need to be in College Station. One room has twin beds, so it was great for several of us singles to share.
