Private Saltwater Pool New in 2024 ! Special: Free Pool Heat for remaining 2024 weeks!

Our 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom vacation home is in Corolla in the subdivision of Ocean Sands Section 'D' on the outer banks OBX of North Carolina. The home is perfect for your family or multifamily vacation. It is located on open space with southern exposure, approximately 110 yards from the beach access or 150 yards from the beach itself. Because the traffic is much better, we rent from Sunday to Sunday. The beautiful beach is a short walk down an easy path with steps over the dunes. Life guards are on duty from May through September. A grocery store, restaurants, shops, ice cream, etc are a 1/4 mile away. Another grocery store, many more restaurants, shops, farmers plus putt putt, go carts, paddle boats, jet skiis, etc and plenty of

The house has 5 smart TVs with YouTube TV, fast Wi-Fi and lots of board games, puzzles, cards, videos and books. A large well equipped kitchen, Florida room, decks and pool offer something for everyone. For the sports person besides having the ocean steps away and a private saltwater pool with heating option, golf (Currituck Club) is less than 5 minutes away, biking /walking trails are close and tennis/pickleball is only one block down the street.

**Cleaning and Linens are included. Beds are made prior to your arrival.
**Well behaved dogs (2 max) are welcome with a $150 fee. Pet owner must keep dogs off the beds and furniture and dispose of refuge in the trash bin.
**The pool is available from May 5 - October 20. Sorry pool is under construction; no photos until April.
**Heat for the pool is $400 per week. If you want the pool heat option, it will be processed directly with the owner. Keep in mind other pool owners have told us the heater will only raise the water temperature about 10 Degrees above the air temperature.

Great week!

We had such a great time and loved the house and accommodations! Glenn was so helpful and the house was so easy to live in (stocked with coffee machine and anything to cook and grill for the week). We loved it, nice quiet neighborhood and the beach access point and private beach was so nice. Definitely would book again and loved our first family OBX week here!

Great Time

Owner was very responsive and helped with any issues we had. Place is very nice and kept up. Short walk to beach. Dogs really enjoyed chasing the crabs.

My name is Glenn Kelly. I manage the property for my family. All of us love the Outer Banks! We have been coming to the OBX as an extended family since 1988. We have seen many changes over the years.

Why they chose this property

Our house is located in the Ocean Sands subdivision. Ocean Sands is a family friendly, private community with homes developed on quiet cul-de-sacs. Our house is at the end of the cul-de-sac located on open space with southern exposure. We are located in section D which one of the smallest sections of homes meaning the beach is not crowded. There is plenty of space for football, frisbee, volleyball, surfing, fishing, etc. It is a perfect place for a family vacation.

What makes this property unique

Our house is a short easy walk to the beach through a designated path between two cul-de-sacs. The house has the kitchen and living area on the second floor with most of the bedrooms on the top floor. This works out great for families or folks with bad knees as there is a bedroom on the second floor too. The ground floor has the utility room and pool along with beach equipment and toys. You and your family will have a great time at Kelly's Beach Retreat!
