- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Visitors return for the peaceful atmosphere that this area offers, and to enjoy the opportunity of enjoying Maine's natural beauty in a quiet setting.
The area has superb bird watching, kayaking, hiking
and canoeing in some of the most pristine rivers in all of Maine. For
more traditional recreation there are two small golf courses, which are never crowded, located just a few miles away.
Puffin tours are available in the area reservations are advised.
The location also provides easy access to Acadia Park, Campobello
Island, St. Andrews, and Winter Harbor.
This is truly one of the most scenic areas on the coast of Maine.
