Our comfortable, sunlit condo is our second home, but all yours as guests. Fully equipped, as if you were at home. This includes two nearly-new his-and-hers bicycles for your use! (And of course, dedicated parking).
Decor: a mix of Florida modern punctuated with antiques and prints--a uniquely comfortable getaway.
Here are things you’ll love (and do compare as you explore Naples’ vacation rentals):
- Your through-the-door feeling is a “wow.” Third floor: sunny, totally open plan, with sweet air through the sliding glass door of the lanai. Other, first floor places can be great… they can also be dark.
- On a quiet side street. Ends at the Gulf and 4 blocks at the other end, intersects with a lake. Note that streets like 3rd St. And 2 St. can be traffick-y, with noise, headlights, etc.
- Landscaped garden in back with grill, tables, chairs. No need for a pool, since the Gulf is so close. And that means…it’s the quiet, tropical paradise you were looking for.
- Large rack for your free bicycles. And Olde Naples is wonderful for biking: flat, with dedicated lanes, a new tropical bike and walking path in the Gordon River Greenway. Everything from the Farmer's Market to the two piers and many restaurants and cafe's are a short bike ride away.
- Dedicated parking for you and separate visitors’ parking
Olde Naples ---------------
Olde Naples offers a small town atmosphere in a tropical paradise, filled with art galleries, antique stores, cafes, restaurants. And Naples sets the standard for golf in South Florida. This is not a run-of the-mill resort!
Take your fill of tropical flowers, sidewalks lined with banyan and mango trees. And with our summer discount, your chance to experience Naples at significantly less than season rates.
Stroll our quiet, palm-lined sidestreet, two blocks to the Gulf and its stunning sunsets. Stretch out on a white wicker sofa in our southern-facing lanai, trimmed in silk curtains. By evening, walk ten-minutes to either of two exciting shopping and dining districts.
[Note on photographs: these photos show our condo exactly as beautiful and comfortable as it really is. No photoshop, no wide angle lens shots imitating a Beverley Hills mansion.]
The Rooms ---------------
- Master bedroom suite with distinct dressing area and shower/bathroom. Shutter doors may be opened to lanai, with the feel of an "outside" sleeping area.
- Cute second bedroom, with antique desk, plenty of closets, private entree to full bathroom
- Lanai: sunlit, furnished, with day bed (possible fourth guest), overlooking palms and flower garden court.
- Enjoy an open kitchen with granite countertops and bar seating. Convection oven!
- Living room with overstuffed furnishings, entertainment center, integrated with lanai.

Tell me More About Naples ---------
A well-off town in Southwest Florida, Naples is proud of its small-town-on-the-Gulf atmosphere. No high-rises allowed in the bicycle and walker-friendly Olde Naples Historic Zones.
17-mile white sand beach, shaded, arbor covered side streets, nationally known restaurants, and two lively commercial streets attract visitors from around the world.
From our condo, walk to fishing, shelling, shopping, bird watching, wildlife viewing, the beach. Fine dining and art and performance venues are just blocks away.
A tiny bit farther afield:---------------
—-Discover the tropics:
Take a quiet, catamaran or luxury yacht trip from Naples City Pier to isolated islands, with Dolphin-watching along the way.
- Take in the beauty of Naples Botanical Gardens.
- Walk or bike the new mangrove-bordered Gordon River Greenway
—-For a bit more excitement:
- Boardwalk through Corkscrew Swamp, home of the famous ghost orchid
- Swamp buggy rides (shallow-draft airboat) out of movie-material Everglades City
- Water adventures with jet skiing and kayaking nearby
- Ecotours and bay cruises, large and small
Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens
We will be happy to give you recommendations for all of these.
- A day (or two) in the life
On a weekday, we may head west along two shaded blocks to our beach entrance. Only residents may park here, so no crowds!
We like to walk south, along the white sand beach, sometimes splashing through the surf towards Naples famous pier. (Note: as of June, 2023, after hurricane damage, half of the pier is open, but set to fully reopen in August).
A morning swim is an option.
At the pier, we turn into town on 12 Ave. S., an historic street that once carried a narrow gauge railway to the long-gone Naples Hotel. The Palm Cottage museum in 12th offers a fascinating look back at old Florida.
Then over to 13th Ave, for breakfast at Janes’s Cafe, just past 3rd Street, with its Italianesque shaded courtyard, and unique light dining.
Then a 10 minute walk back home, for cool relaxation… or prepare for a tropical adventure!
At days end, head back to the beach for one of Naples’ astounding sunsets.
In the evening we may stroll lively Fifth Ave. South, with its bright lights,, palms, outdoor restaurants, and, yes, its crowds.
Sometimes we make a night of it at one of Naples’ top quality restaurants, like Il Mulino, and it’s authentic Italian fare, or Bha! Bha! Bistrot with award-winning and innovative Persian food.
This has been our second home for 22 years. We would love to meet you, and you’re certain you will enjoy your stay.
PS
Golf lovers: Naples sets the standard for golf in South Florida. Whether you enjoy the challenge of bunker play, navigating water hazards, the company of local wildlife, fast or undulating greens, or just a friendly wide open course; you can find them all in Naples.
The LG Championship (Seniors Tour) has been played at the Classics at Lely Resort, the Vineyards, and Pelican Bay in past years.
We are sure you will be relaxed, comfortable, and thrilled by the condo and all Naples has to offer.
