It's time to get away from it all and relax on the beautiful beaches
of Manasota Key! These adorable 1 bedroom (Queen Size) 1 bath apartments have been updated and the tasteful decor
brings about memories of life on the Beach. If the snow has started to fall you need to take action now!

You have Beach Access to the Gulf of Mexico by
strolling across the street and south 300 FT. Of course, relaxing in
the screened in Lanai with a good book is also recommended.

You are within walking distance of 6 Manasota Key Restaurants featuring, Seafood, Steaks, BBQ or a mouth watering Hamburger. If you don't feel like walking or hassling with parking you can call for a Golf Cart that will take you to your dinning destination free of charge!

There is also a waterfront home with Pool & Dock (2 Bedroom 2 bath)
that is available for rent on the same property should the size of
your family require more space. (Currently booked through May 2021)

You are also only minutes from State Parks, Shopping, Grocery stores and Hospitals.

Everything you would need

We loved this property. It was clean and very cute. The condo was supplied with everything needed to enjoy the beach and make meals. We rented a car and hardly used it. You can walk/bike the entire island. Close to the center of town which has amazing restaurants and fun atmospheres. My 4 star was only because I love to see the water from where I am staying. There is a view of the Bay but it is very limited. Even with this we would stay here again. Lori was great to work with.

Manasota Key 2nd floor apartment

Really like this property. Small but clean, bright, great location, everything worked and owner was very kind and responsive. Beach across the street and main beach with services .33 miles away. Restaurants very easy walk. Part of a 4 plex with slightly obstructed view of intercoastal.

Cute and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is a great location, the beach and restaurants are a short walk away. Lori was a wonderful and attentive host.
