Gulf Beach Condo at John's Pass village /Madeira Norte building/

This fourth floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf view condo in the Madeira Norte complex has a panoramic beach view, as well as a view of the Intracoastal Waterway. Extra big balcony. The famus John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is located just across the street with its many shops, restaurants, boardwalk, fishing, boat, jet-ski & para-sail rentals. Several Trolley's run up & down the beach with a stop right in front of our building! The Trolley travels all the way down to St. Petersburg to just before beautiful Clearwater Beach.
We are located 5 miles North of St. Petersburg on the Gulf side, 20 - 30 minutes from Tampa airport, Busch Gardens and not far from Orlando & Disney World. Our condo has a private heated pool and direct access to the Gulf!
We have covered barbecue place, WIFI.

Wonderful Location in Madeira Beach

We enjoy staying in this condo in Madeira Beach. There is so much to do, all within walking distance. This condo is spacious and has great views of the Gulf, intracoastal waterway and John's Pass. The condo is clean and tidy, and the owner has been making some nice updates over the past couple of years. The owner is very good to work with and we appreciate her flexibility on dates.

Finally back to Florida!

After a 4 year break from going to Florida due to Covid and Hurricane Ian we finally made it!! Yearly visitors to Fort Myers Beach but due to hurricane Ian we had to find somewhere new so we ended up at Madeira Beach and we weren't disappointed. Really enjoyed the area. Condo spacious clean, comfortable and well equipped, everything you need as a holiday maker far from home. Communication with property manager excellent, very responsive, check in process as easy as it gets and flexible regards check in and check out times. We have absolutely no complaints, lovely stay.

Owner was great and good location needs cleaned better

The owner Borbala was easy to work with and replied within the day via email. The location was great! We had 2 teenage boys with us and they loved going off on their own to Johns Pass Village which was right across the street from the condo. The condo is right on the beach and the condo supplied 4 beach towels and a few beach chairs which was very nice. It also had most everything else we needed for our stay. Our only complaint is that the cleaning crew needs to look around a little better and do a deeper scrubbing to this condo. All the vents need dusted. They were full of dust and lint. The bathroom cabinet doors and drawers need a serious scrub down. Along with the walls. Right off of the kitchen there is a wall papered mural that had something spilled on it and it could be seen all over the baseboards. The baseboards need a real cleaning too. If the walls won't come completely clean with scrubbing, maybe just a coat of fresh paint would help the place. The lighting in the extra bathroom needed some bulbs too. There was only one bulb working and I am pretty sure the light takes 4 bulbs all together. Also the bathroom light and fan in the master needs updated. It was very dim and the fan was super loud. Also there was black mold when you pulled out the knob for taking a shower and around the overflow drain in the master bathroom. I believe the cleaning crew probably just mops and sweeps and does a quick wipe down. We would have done a little cleaning ourselves but there was no cleaning supplies left out. I believe everything was locked up in the closet when you first enter the condo. I don't mean to sound like the place was terrible, but it could be much better if these things that I listed were taken care of. We didn't spend much time in the condo anyway. We were spending time outdoors and on the beach along with visiting family and friends. Thanks for our stay I hope our review will help your condo be even better for your future vacationers. You were wonderful to work with and we appreciate you letting us stay in your condo.

This is the second time we have stayed at the condo. Clean, great communication from owner, just as expected. Great location, close to anything you would need. John’s Pass is is directly across the street. Well maintained property, highly recommend staying here

Perfect location on Madeira Beach

Perfect location on Madeira Beach. Across the street from John’s Pass. The balcony faces Gulf Blvd but you can see the ocean & sunsets from balcony. Live music at Bamboo Beach Bar begins daily about noon until 1000pm. Beds were firm & the sofa & loveseat soft.- Enjoyed our stay, thank you :)

The property was lovely, well stocked and clean! The location was perfect, right across the road from John's Pass. Every evening before dinner we would sit on the balcony and listen to the live music from the Bamboo Beach Bar!

Just what we were looking for

We had excellent communication with the owner from the beginning-she was very helpful and thorough. The assigned parking spot and easy check-in process were a great start to our stay and we were so pleased with the accommodations and cleanliness of the unit. It was so well-equipped for our stay. Our stay was great! Borbala was prompt with responding to messages regarding reservations and any problems. The condo was clean and tidy. There were extra blankets and towels. There were also basic necessities like washing and drying supplies. I definitely would recommend!

Great location

If you want to be able to walk everywhere, this is a great location. Shopping and live music is across the street at John’s Pass village. Walk to the beach or pool. The condo is comfortable and well equipped with cooking utensils and pots and pans. The balcony faces north east so you don’t get the hot afternoon sun. The bathrooms are a little outdated. Overall, we had a comfortable stay. I’d stay there again.
