Waterfront and Walking to Downtown Dunedin

Pristine and quiet gated community with only 24 units overlooking Intercoastal/Gulf of Mexico located on historic Victoria Drive. Walk out the front door to a beautiful garden-like courtyard with outdoor pool and only 40 steps to the water's edge of St. Joseph Sound. Outside the gates is a waterfront walking trail that leads to Clearwater. Take a stroll down Victoria Drive with beautiful historic homes to the pier at the Marina.

Downtown Dunedin is a quaint small town with unique shops and restaurants less than a half a mile away (10- minute walk). Pinellas bike trail is directly across Hwy 19. Enjoy miles and miles of beautiful Florida greenery.


Beautifully renovated first floor unit (no stairs) has open floor plan, many windows, ceiling fans, Terrazzo floors and granite counter tops. Bedrooms are on opposite ends of the condo to enjoy privacy from guests. Complex has exercise room and picnic area with outdoor grill at water's edge. Washer and dryer inside unit. Central air and wireless internet provided Master Bedroom has King size bed and private master bath.

Many of our guests come back year after year to enjoy the quaintness and privacy that Victoria Condos provides. Unfortunately, due to condominium restrictions we cannot allow pets and a 30-day minimum stay is required.

UPDATE- 1/2/2021: I just returned from a delightful two week stay at the condo. Dunedin is completely open (i.e., shopping, beaches, bike rentals, dining etc.). Most businesses are practicing COVID safety and require masks. There are many dining options available (indoor and outdoor seating). I didn't rent a car and had no problem getting around (i.e. walking, biking or Uber).

We just had a cancellation for March/April. Guests cannot travel due to health issues We are typically booked a year in advance for peak season.

Clean and well supply apartment.
This was my second stay in this apartment. It is a clean apartment in a excellent location. Presently renovation are going on however I believe the work that requires noisey power tools is almost finish. Their next work is to paint the building. Hosts are good people that want to make your stay enjoyable.

Perfect location
Victoria is walking distance to downtown restaurants, bike shop, breweries, parks, marina, and the bike trail. It’s also biking distance to Honeymoon Island, and other towns and beaches to the north and south. We only moved our car twice to get groceries. It’s quiet, beautiful, and the other residents are just a great bunch of folks. We had a lovely stay.

Brian and I are originally from Michigan. We spent many years finding the perfect property for our second home. We wanted a place to get out of the cold. When we found the Victoria Condos and Dunedin we fell in love. A few years after we purchased the condo, my husband was transferred to California for work. Needless to say we don't get to Florida as much as we used to, but we intend to come back to the area one day.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I love anything outdoors. This property is in the middle of everything. We can walk out the front door to the pool/water. There is shopping and restaurants in town which is a 5-10 minute walk. The Marina is at the end of Victoria Drive. There is a boardwalk that winds around St. Joseph Sound all the way to Clearwater. It is all so gorgeous. Also nearby are kayak rentals, golfing, the white sands of Clearwater beach and Honeymoon Island.

What makes this property unique

We love that you can walk outside the front door, be outside in the warm fresh air and take 40 steps to the water. The courtyard is so lush and peaceful. Many of our guests return the same time every year because they also fell in love with Victoria Condos and Dunedin.
