Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Thistledown has been a family home for four generations. The Watts live in Florida, the Rands live in the DC area and Marcia lives in St. Louis, but we love to come back to Glen Arbor and its peaceful views of Lake Michigan and the Manitou Islands. We all enjoy getting together at Thistledown and making memories.

Once you come to Thistledown, you will be making lifetime memories. We love sharing it with families who appreciate how special the Glen Arbor area and Sleeping Bear Bay are. We have had family weddings and many happy announcements of engagements and babies' arrivals at Thistledown.
What makes this House unique
We hope you will enjoy the views and the location as much as we do. It is just a few yards from the beach of Lake Michigan, yet close enough to walk into town for ice cream or shopping.
