Step inside the elegant and classically inspired arched doorways and vaulted ceilings, Sabbatical will simply delight! Meander inside where you are welcomed by the downstairs formal living room with ample seating for many throughout, a large flat-screen Apple TV, and a queen sleeper sofa. On the first floor, you will find two queen bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom. The first queen bedroom has a corner-mounted private flat-screen TV and a renovated private bathroom with a single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The second queen bedroom down features a private flat screen mounted TV and a private recently renovated bathroom with a single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

Head upstairs to the open combined main living areas and kitchen, as well as the third king primary suite retreat. The kitchen has been updated and features all stainless steel appliances throughout, a double oven and induction stove top, black sleek countertops, and breakfast bar seating for four. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area for six that has access to the expansive open-air second-level porch that features gulf views from your balcony. The large open-air porch has two lounge seating areas and has amazing views of the West Ruskin Pavilion and the Gulf. This is the perfect evening spot to watch the sunset and enjoy an evening cocktail from your front porch.

The oversized king primary suite, also on the second floor, is absolutely scrumptious! There is a large open sitting area off the king bed with a queen sleeper sofa and two large club chairs. There is a large flat screen TV and two closets on either side of the TV. Perfect for working remotely is a desk overlooking 30A with town views. In the bedroom is a large soaker tub with a combination shower as well, and a private adjacent bathroom and vanity area.
