Corner property - Very Large 5 Bedroom with 3.5 baths. Sleeps 14. Keyless Entry at Front Door and Garage for your convenience with Unique front door code provided to each family for the duration of their rental period. First Floor: Family Room with pool table, bar, seating area/tv, second refridgerator and half bath. Second Floor: Large family room with fireplace, dining room, additional kitchen seating area, fully equipped kitchen(completely new in 2019) , full bath and bedroom. Third floor with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Large hallways throughout house. All freshly painted, beautiful beach decor (2020). All bedrooms have ceiling fans and are equipped with flat screen televisions. House is equipped with central air, (2 separate units). Washer and dryer are on third floor. 3 off street parking spots. 2 front decks, one off family room and one off of master bedroom. Small fenced in yard behind house. Enclosed Outdoor Shower in back yard, newly added in 2019. Access to Ocean is only one street to cross (Surf). Everything you could ask for in a beautifully decorated home. If you are looking for a true beach retreat where you can spread out and not feel cramped, this is the house for you. This house is perfect for multiple families / reunions.

This was our third year renting this property. The proximity to the beach could not be any better, house has plenty of size to accommodate. New kitchen made it even better.

Absolutely spacious

The property was just as described and location was great. Stayed here with group of moms and daughters and the rooms were spacious. Everything was clean, kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed, had plenty of hangout space for the kids. The owner was very easy to get in touch with. Overall a great house to rent for large groups. Definitely would come again!

Great spot in Wildwood!!

My friends and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect - less than 10 minutes to the beach and boardwalk, and relatively close to anything else you could want to do. The space itself is much bigger than the pictures and was even more updated that I thought it would be. Everything was very clean, which is hard to do being so close to a sandy beach! Plenty of parking, plus street parking wasn’t too bad since we visited during the off season. More than enough space for all of us, and a very comfortable home. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend this space to anyone!!!!

Great Location, Tons of Space!

Our group (10 adults, 5 kids) fit comfortably in this great townhouse. Easy walk to the beach, boardwalk, and local watering holes. We barely needed our cars! The entire house was cool, clean, and quiet. There is a second fridge on the first floor that was a terrific for keeping drinks cool. And we could see the fireworks from the backyard. 10/10, would rent again!

Awesome spacious vacation rental home

We didn't realize how spacious it is until we got there. The house is clean, newly renovated. All the deco makes you realize how close you are to the beach! Kids loved it and ran around a lot with laughters and happiness. In the house, a lot of details to make it a fun place to stay. Pool table on the entry level, cardboard games in living room, grill available in backyard, a lot of beach chairs to take to beach. Plenty spaces for parking. TV and cable in every room! It is within walking distance to beach, boardwalk, go-cart, amusement parks and water parks! So convenient and definitely a great place to stay. Owner is very responsive to email and phone calls. We definitely will come again next time. Thanks Chris!

A Great Week in North Wildwood

We had almost a perfect week in North Wildwood with ideal weather and a great place to stay. We were attracted to Chris Eckert's beautiful beach house because it had five bedrooms and ample living space. But we were absolutely floored when we walked in! This house was just spotlessly clean and the pride of its owner shined thru and thru. The kitchen was huge and fantastic and well stocked with everything we would need. There were 4 bathrooms located in great spots and my wife and I sure loved the size of the master bedroom which was massive. There was ample available parking with 2 driveway spots, a 3rd spot in front of the driveway, and given the units end of block location there were several spots on Atlantic Avenue right next to this house. This was our first family vacation in North Wildwood and we had a great time mostly due to this wonderful beach house on 18th Street! Many Thanks to Chris Eckert for allowing us to stay there at a very reasonable price!

Nous étions 15 et avons apprécié la grandeur de la maison, les meubles, electros et accessoires cuisine étaient parfaits! La propreté n’était pas optimale. Les dessous de lit et divans n’étaient pas propres et une odeur était présente dans la toilette du ré de chaussée. Le BBQ était très sale. Mis à part cela tout était impeccable et fonctionnel. Plenty big. Had less people than expected. Just two couples and 3 kids. House was great. Really nice that every room had a TV with fire stick. Garage was huge to keep beach stuff in. Only took 3 or so minutes to walk to the beach and board walk. Will rent again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was plenty large enough for 10 people. There were multiple locations where we could hang out. The main living floor had a beautiful kitchen and wide open floor plan. The pool table was a great bonus to the downstairs bar area. Would highly recommend this property.
