Fabulous 6BD, 4BA home w/pool 2miles to Disney, Game RM


Our magnificent home is located in the most sought after gated community- Windsor Hills. We are located within the newest and nicest section- The Reserve. We are easy walking distance to the clubhouse. Windsor Hills all the amenities that are desired in a resort community; zero-entry resort style pool with water slide and special water features, hot tub, exercise facility, pool tables, fooseball, ping-pong, video arcade games and a 60 seat movie theater. The sports core area contains: tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball court and even a putting green. Our community has multiple parks and playgrounds and we sit next to a beautiful golf course. Our house has all the comforts of home and then some. There are two living areas three dining areas.

Sleeping accommodations are as follows: 2 King room, 2 Queen rooms, a princess room with two twin beds inspired by Disney princesses, a pirates of the Carribean room a set a twins, a full sized crib and a pack & play for our littlest quests.Flat screen in every bedroom and a large screen TV with surround system that will make you feel like you are in a movie. A fully stocked kitchen all the way down to the corkscrew. The only thing you need is to bring is yourself and a desire to have a great time

Excellent Home

The home is very well appointed and in a perfect location; close to everything you'd want to see in central Florida. The neighborhood is clean, safe and a wonderful place for children. The home itself is very well laid out and spacious with room for everyone. The furnishings are all very comfortable and make you feel at home. The pool area is sunny and beautiful; a great place to have lunch or just relax. Overall, I would rate this house a 10!

House by the Mouse

Thank you for the wonderful home. Its proximity to Disney was perfect, less than 2 miles away, yet we were able to come home every night to a very comfortable home. My daughter loved the princess room and my son loved the pirate room. The other rooms were well decorated, clean and all had private baths. We swam every night in the heated pool and spent our down time at the cute castle park in the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Be careful

First let me say that this is a beautiful home. The moment you walk in, you know you made the right decision. From the tastfully decorated master bedrooms to the elegant setting of the dining room table. The Windsor Hills is a wonderful community with something for everyone. I wouldn't hesitate going back. So, why the average rating. After touring the home and making our way to the pool and jacuzzi we were disappointed to find that they were not heated (we rented during a very chilly March 2010). We were disappointed because we paid a fee to have them heated. The home has a wonderful folder that list attractions and restaurants along with a letter that stated that it takes two days for the pool to heat up, so we waited. Two days later, still no heat. I notified the maintenance people listed with the rental papers. The maintenance man stated that the heater was not working and he'd try to have someone fix it. No one ever came. I've sent 3 emails to the owner and attempted to call to receive a refund for the pool heat. It's been two weeks and still no response from the owner. If you're going to Florida during the warm months, rent this home. But, if you're planning to go down during the cool months and planning on having a heated pool and an owner who responds to your problems, look elsewhere in Windsor Hills.
