Brand new house and furniture in a highly desirable neighbourhood in Noord. There are 2 bdrms with A/C to sleep 4 and 2 bthrms. A/C in main living area. Spacious backyard with outdoor patio area, table and chairs and bbq. Outdoor clothes hanger. Alarm system. No smoking and no pets.

Relaxing views of parasailors and kitesurfers enjoying the waves and tradewinds, not 5 minutes away. Smoke/pet free.

Great Home

This is the second time we’ve stayed in your lovely home. We really like the location .It is close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We’ve enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

Wonderful stay

I realize this home has no. A/c in living area.but does in all three bedrooms. No hot water. But really not that bad. I could still wash my hair.the best part was seeing about 60 goats making there way through the neighborhood.very cute snd funny. I would stay here again to see that all over again. Richard and gail

LOVELY HOME

We had a wonderful month of February in your lovely home. If the house had hot water it would definitely be a 5 star . House was clean and even nicer then the pictures.Great location, quiet neighbourhood . Your property managers were very helpful.On arrival Rosie meet us with the keys and answered all our questions. We would rent this house again.

Growing up in the freezing winters of Canada, my wife Hannah and I have shared the dream of one day owning a home in the warm Caribbean. For many years, we had thought of buying in Dominican Republic and had saved and sacrificed for years to make this happen. In 2012, we were planning a long awaited winter vacation and were looking for somewhere new to go. My wife said, "Aruba has these beautiful trees on the beach I always wanted to see." (the famous Divi trees on Eagle beach) and so we went. To say it was love at first sight in Aruba would be an understatement. The island held something special for us (including our two children) and we knew it was the place for us. We cried on that plane ride home, but resolved to make this amazing island of Aruba our second home. The picture above is of my wife and children in front of our home before venturing out in a rental jeep adventure!

Why they chose this property

This home is a beautiful neighbourhood in Noord that spoke to us when we first saw it. From the gorgeous, inviting entry way to the cheerful colours inside to the spacious backyard I could envision as my tropical oasis (eventually :). As hokey as it sounds, there was such a good and positive energy in the house, we knew it had to be for us. Why this property? because you can't help but feel happy and at ease in this amazing home.

This home is in an ideal location to all of Palm Beaches numerous amenities and in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. The neighbours are incredibly friendly and there is just a good feel to the whole community.
