It was good
It was ok for just the 2 nights to go around old town St Augustine. It was cold, not enought blankets and the ones available they were stained as well as the pillows. Manager sent clean ones but that's not the point. My son didn't have a clean blanket to use in the pull out sofa had to use a matress. covers insteadstainedand
Beautiful but not senior friendly. There was 1 matching towel set, two sets would have been nice. The bed was too low and the table and chairs in the living room were too high otherwise a great place to stay.
We found the property to be conveniently located to Old Town sight seeing. Plenty of off street parking too. The accommodations were plenty roomy for us (2 people). Roku TV provided. Bathroom equipped with tub/shower combo. Bedroom has a king bed which was very comfortable. Only negative is Lack of any kind of dresser for clothes storage. Communication with owner was excellent as were the provided instructions. We would stay again if the occasion for us to be in the area presented itself.
Our stay was fine. It was clean and served our purpose. It is more of a studio apartment, than a "house." It is part of a duplex, which I missed in the description. Would have liked to have a few more starter amenities, but we made it work.
We came to St. Augustine for the Night of Lights display and stayed here on Colon Ave. The accommodations were great and located in a quiet neighborhood only a few miles from downtown. The home is exactly as it appears online with plenty of parking and also a fenced backyard for added security. This was a great VRBO experience.
Our stay was perfect. Check in was simple and instructions were clear for everything. Everything was neat and spotless. The neighborhood is quiet but still close to local hot spots and only a 5ish minute drive to the historic st augustine parking garage. The Host was timely with all responses and very kind. We will be staying here for all future trips to St. Augustine!
My wife and I rented this property for our anniversary weekend. The original weekend we had booked, happened to be just days after Hurricane Milton made landfall on top of where we live. Because of that, our original trip here had to be postponed. The host was amazing at helping us switch weekends and making sure we still get to enjoy our trip. We can't thank her enough. Ontop of that the property is beautiful, clean, and cozy. We have only been here a few hours so far and already love this place. Definitely a great booking for a weekend getaway with your significant other.
Perfect place to stay for a short trip. It's close to the college where we needed to be. Quiet and cozy home and was able to check in early. Would definitely reccommend.
We give it a 4 star. Great price for the money but it has a bug and ant problem.

st augustine stay
We enjoyed the property, however, we had to move our third day in due to plumbing issues. Our host was very good about taking care of the issue and getting us moved. St Augustine was terrific and our first time there. Very historic and a beautiful area.
Had absolutely nothing to complain about, it was wonderful!

I live in the beautiful town of St. Augustine. I was born and raised here, received a Bachelors at University of South Florida in Tampa, married and have a wonderful family here in the most amazing town there is!
Why they chose this property
I chose this property in particular because it caters to guests who prefer peace and quiet, while watching the beautiful tall Oaks on the grounds; however, for the people who want the full Old City experience, it is also centrally located near all of St. Augustine's most popular attractions.
