The villa is designed as modern contemporary with the element of Ilocanos pride – narra furnitures, abel-iloco, burnay, and damili.

What to Expect:
* Includes bath soap, towels, beddings, complimentary drinking water in the rate.
* Additional pax can be arranged upon check-in for a rate of PHP500/person/night. This fee shall cover for the beddings and other amenities to ensure everyone has a comfortable stay in the villa.
* Children under 6 years of age can stay for free as long as they use existing beds and beddings.
* The whole villa can accommodate maximum of 30 pax. Extra floor beds can be arranged if the group is more than 30pax. Floor Bed charge is PHP200/pax

​It is a family operated villa which is an ideal location for wedding preparation venue, family outing and staycation. It is suitable for group who wants to relax from the city's hustle and bustle while still conveniently accessible to the main attractions. It is in a quiet compound surrounded by trees, cornfields, and the Govantes River which brings tranquil and relaxed atmosphere during your stay.

The villa is designed as modern contemporary with the element of Ilocanos pride – narra wooden furniture, abel-iloco, clay jars and Vigan tiles. It includes all the facilities that makes your stay as convenient as possible

Visiting the attractions is easy. You can park your car in front of Burgos Museum (only 1-km or 1-minute drive or 6-minute walk from the villa), then walk around the vicinities: Quirino Museum (Old Provincial Jail), Vigan Cityhall, Ilocos Sur Capitol, UNESCO World Heritage Sign, Plaza Salcedo Dancing Fountain, Plaza Maestro, Plaza Burgos (empanadahan), St. Paul Cathedral, and walk towards Calle Crisologo Heritage Village. From there you can take Calesa to visit other nearby attractions like: Bantay Church and Belltower, Pagburnayan, Crisologo Museum, Syquia Mansion, Baluarte, and Hidden Garden.

Location.
TOH (The Orange House) is located in Bayubay Sur, San Vicente, Ilocos Sur. It is strategically situated in the boundary of Vigan, Bantay and San Vicente., which is a 1-minute ride to Burgos Museum. The historic Govantes River is only 50m from the property towards the backyard and has nearby cornfields. From there you can still enjoy the feel of being in a rural area, while enjoying the convenience of being close to the tourist attractions like the Burgos Museum, Bantay Bell Tower, Plaza Salcedo (Dancing Fountain), and the famous Calle Crisologo.

Seven-Eleven convenience store is only 300m from the house. Ilocano Carinderias are available in front of the St Paul College, and even just next door. There is also a wood furniture maker close to the property - a signature livelihood of San Vicente.

Most of the tricycle drivers know the place so it's easy to find. Just mention back side of “St Paul College – elementary / high school compound”, and they will bring you to the villa.

Interaction with Guests.
My family members (parents, siblings, nieces and nephews) live close to the compound and can help the guests with their needs. A house caretaker will also provide all your stay necessities and required information.
Guests will have the house by themselves, but the caretaker will be constantly checking on them and is available upon request.
If not familiar with the place, we will meet you in front of Burgos Museum / Plaza Salcedo / Vigan Church vicinity and we will lead you to the house which is only a 1-minute drive.
