This beautiful sea-front villa with a private freshwater pool is situated in Privlaka, a popular seaside town, 20 km SW of Zadar city. The villa enjoys a lovely location: it sits just a few meters from one of the best sandy beaches on coast and overlooks the sea and a panoramic view of the islands. Stylishly decorated, it provides the perfect setting for a large family. On the ground floor is the living room with a TV, the dining area with large glass windows, and the kitchen with the sea view and bathroom. The first floor features a cozy bedroom with an en suite bathroom and two more bedrooms with a shared bathroom. On the second floor there is the main bedroom with a bathroom and a terrace.
Next to the house there are 2 parking spaces. The house is completely covered with WIFI signal.
Anyone seeking relaxation can spend happy hours in the garden, on the spacious terraces with sea views, or in the small swimming pool with a solar shower.
