Dusty, hot, noisy and running water deprived apartment

There’s is a brick making facility adjacent to the flats where our rented apartment is located, and as such the whole neighborhood is dusty. This grey fine dust is also encountered in almost every corner of the apartment. So I assume when inside this apartment, with every breath one takes, one takes in the dust too. There’s no running water during 3 days of the week, and on the other 4 days the water pressure is so weak such that it’s almost impossible to have a shower. The afternoon sun heats up the apartment to almost sauna-level temperatures. At night there’re the loud chants and singing of different religious priests that will keep one company until morning
