Upon first impression the place is beautiful but after closer inspection there are a few things that let it down. If you are going to use the word 'luxury' in your title, you really need to think about the little things. Chipped paint on the door in the bathroom, dusty shelves, cobwebs around windows and in some corners and the TV in the bedroom has a tinny sound which was hard to listen to. I had to change the toilet roll when we got there and the soap in the toilet was a watered down pump that splattered everywhere. The amenities were good and the place was lovely for a weekend stay but as I said earlier, it's the little things that also count.

Couldn't really fault the property, however lack of instructions for the DVD Player and TV and the interaction between the 2 was a bit annoying. Had to google up instructions as to how to play DVD's on the TV Screen and once sorted couldn't always get the DVD remote buttons to work. Also took a while to get the Gas Fire going as no mention of a second switch to the left of the fireplace which had to be turned on for the 3 switches at the right of the fire place to work. Only negative I could think of was the one person spa bath, rather than a 2 person spa which is more typical in luxury apartments. Instructions for check in were good and no issue accessing the property. Full size fridge was a big plus as was ease of use for the gas hotplates, the oven, the microwave and the large kitchen area. Overall though a very pleasant stay and definitely will go back again.

Beautiful property in the heart of Hepburn. Great layout and perfect for a romantic night away with gas log heater, deep tub and full kitchen. Would stay here again :)

Luxe tranquil getaway.

Pristine accommodation in a tranquil setting. Sitting on the verandah watching the birds flying amongst the autumn trees was so peaceful. The apartment was spotless & beautifully appointed with the gas fire, comfortable bed & deep bath. A split system aircon, the underfloor heating in the bathroom & the fire kept the room toasty warm. Close to multiple walking trails & restaurants. An easy walk to get great coffee & supplies at the General Store. Saltus is across the road from the Mineral Spa. We’ll be back.

The property was beautiful, clean and luxurious. I guess our only complaint was there was no view from our room as it was filled by one large tree, we couldn’t really work the smart TV, so some instructions would have been helpful and the bed was very I comfortable. I know I sound picky but those things did bother me.

Luxurious, modern, self-contained, beautiful view.

Easy to find on the main street, parking in front of the accommodation. No reception or hassles - get the key via a combination lock safe. One of four private suites. Like staying in a beautiful new holiday house. Large open-plan layout means you can enjoy the beautiful view from every area of the house. It was a hot day and we arrived to air-conditioning and a bottle of sparkling water. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook meals and eat them on the balcony while listening to the birds. All we could see was trees and sky. A very short walk to Hepburn Bathhouse. A great place for our wedding anniversary.
