One Bedroom Available. ROOM with private bathroom. Breakfast not included. House shared with the host but maintain separate space. Living room use to get in and out of the house.

Very quiet. The black out curtains are just perfect for a good night's sleep.

Two miles Burbank Airport, 7 miles Universal, Warner Bros., W Disney Studios, NBC, North Hollywood & Burbank Area. A bus ride to N. Hollywood Terminal.

If you have a rating of less than 4 star, please inquire first before booking.

You are free to get in and out of the house anytime. You have your own key. The room has ample windows you can open if you like fresh air. Split A/C & Heater.

Max 2 Adults 2 children. A twin roll away bed available per request. Please inquire first for reservation more than 7 days. Let me know the purpose of your trip.

In room HDTV, Coffee Maker, Microwave Oven & Mini Fridge.
Coin Operated Washer & Dryer in the premises.

No Kitchen access. Texting host between 9am-6pm only. Turn off AC and Lights when you are not around. Lock doors getting in and out of the house.

Additional fees for lost keys, any damage caused by guest TBD and unpaid amenities minimum of $10. Cleaning after check out only.

We enjoyed staying here with Edith, we realized early in the trip that we would have preferred to have somewhere with kitchen access, but other than that the stay was nice and Edith is extremely kind and personable.

We stayed for a week and the hostess was very nice and helpful. We were very easily located to the Universal Studios, Warner Bros Studio and Hollywood attractions were all just a 15 minute drive away. We enjoyed our time there she offers snacks and drinks for very cheap right there in the house. Tons of great restaurants nearby to try. Would recommend this property for anyone visiting the area!

We booked a last minute trip to go to a Dodger’s game and not only was this spot affordable but it was a convenient location, clean, and comfortable. Edith was a great host and was very responsive and accommodating. Overall it was a short but great stay and exactly what we needed.
