This home is very comfortable, clean, and cozy. It has an open concept with cathedral ceilings. ceramic counter tops and large windows overlook the screened lanai and pool. The backyard is fenced for privacy. Located in quiet residential neighborhood close to everything, shopping, PGA, Mets stadium, restaurants, and beach 20 minutes away. It is nicely furnished, and will meet all your short term needs. So
please note: your dog is allowed. There are two new flat screen t.vs. and includes direct t.v, netflix and many premium channels.

Great

This property was a great relaxing place to be. We really enjoyed the screen room and the big pool. Pool is kept really clean. The whole house was big, loved it. Plus there is a tall wooden fence all around the house so private. Husband and I will be returning next year. I can’t say enough for the host/owner Ron, he was so accommodating and such a nice person. Connie

Stay 6 weeks, the house is well located with a safe neighborhood. Generally speaking, everything is ok except for a few things to be fixed or replaced ...the owner knows about it and says it will be fixed.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our time at this property,.Communication and response time with owner was very prompt. We are relocating to a city nearby and needed a home as a base prior to our move and this home lived up to its expectations and descriptions . The pantry and linen closet was well stocked which came in handy , we had pool toys for our stay. Our stay fell within the 4th of July weekend and we had the best time with the neighborhood fireworks while enjoying our evening with food and the pool within the privacy of the Florida room and the yard . It’s a very safe family friendly peaceful neighborhood . We have travelled extensively as a family and this is possibly one of four great Vacation Rental experiences we’ve had. I would recommend this home to friends. .

wonderful home and perfect for our stay

we loved the fenced in backyard and private clean pool. The house has a lot of charm and is very well maintained by the owner. The location was great for us as we wanted a more private home to enjoy a quiet stay as we looked for property to buy. It was close to the PGA golf course and there are great restaurants in the area. Would come back in a heartbeat. Ron was wonderful to work with.

very cozy, clean and perfect

owner takes excellent care of the property. We had everything we needed even the extra touch of bottled waters and laundry detergent. It is located in a quiet residential area so close to everything. We will be back and highly recommend this house.

EXCELLENT, cozy, home away from home.

We needed to find a place to rent to be close to our family we miss dearly. Because we live in Michigan we were looking for a place close by them so we can enjoy a relationship with our two precious GRANDsons and of course their wonderful parents. What drew me to this listing was the "pristine home w/relaxing private pool". It could not have been listed better. We found the home to be very clean and the pool is indeed very relaxing. The privacy fence around the yard was a big plus for us. The patio and kitchen are both so big and open - love that! Most of all I was able to meet Ron, the owner, in person. What a kind, genuine man to deal with. In this listing - what you see is what you get PLUS! We are going back in May to enjoy all that Florida holds for us. I told Ron - thinking about it puts a smile on my face!

Great Vacation Rental

This vacation rental house was accurately advertised both in Vacation Rental and through phone conversations with the owner Ron. We arrived on June 21st and found the house clean, prepped and all services in order. This location is perfect for visiting all surrounding areas including Fort Pierce (Pepper Beach & South Beach), Jensen Beach & Stuart. Palm Beach & Boca Raton were only an hour away. The pool was perfect and maintained once a week.It was very easy to get comfortable as Ron thought of all the little touches that are important such as a fully equipped kitchen, towels sheets etc. Questions or problems? Ron was available by phone anytime to address any concerns in a pleasant demeanor. The neighborhood was safe and great for a morning walk. My wife and two kids visited all the local beaches (our favorite was Pepper Beach)and had a wonderful time eating out and seeing attractions. I would certainly recommend Ron's vacation rental house here in Port St. Lucie to anyone who would like to feel at home and yet be on vacation at the same time. Thanks for a wonderful vacation Ron, Manny
