Excessively burnt pots/ pans or presence of grease/oil residues will result in addition fees Ensure that stove/appliances/lights are properly shut down after each use and before leaving the house.
Put clean dishes away. Do not leave dishes and clutter on the counters and sink ALL trash (including ANY food) should be taken out and left in Trash Bin outside the house
All towels and linen used should be placed in a pile in the laundry room
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Garage not accessible to guest NO Pets NO smoking/ vaping of any kind inside the house No shoes inside the bedrooms 2 vehicles MAX on the premises
