A "Home Away from Home" in Williamsburg! This condo is not only close to historic Williamsburg in proximity, but its decor and atmosphere also embody the region's Colonial spirit. This peaceful condo is furnished in the style of the period, yet it offers all the modem amenities and activities that will make your stay a very enjoyable experience.

The 2 bedroom unit consist of 1,016 square feet. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony or deck, living area, dining area, internet (fee applies), and more!
Less Than a Mile from Historic Williamsburg! Surrounded by historical sites, the resort is just minutes from Jamestown settlement, Busch Gardens and hundreds of years of Americana. Along with outlet mall, two grocery stores, 100+ restaurants all within 5-mile radius. This is a beautifully designed and landscaped on the outside, elegantly decorated on the inside.

Please contact me for availability as I do not update the calendar daily. Availability does change by the minute, making it hard to keep updated.

Policies:
I do require two night minimum to make a reservation. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking the reservation, if more than 45 days out. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. If you make a reservation less than 45 days prior to check in then I do require full payment at the time of confirming the reservation. I also require a completed rental agreement on file with all reservations. I cannot hold any reservations without a deposit, unless arrangements are made with owner. I do accept Visa, Master Card and Discover to make a reservation and I will mail you a receipt to sign and return to me.

Cancellation Policy:
Currently at this time all rentals are final and no refunds will be issued. We do offer Travel Insurance if you would like to protect your vacation for unexpected emergencies. Please ask for information on CSA Travel Insurance. Should any resort amenities be unavailable or closed due to weather during renters vacation, the owner will not be held responsible or offer any refunds or adjustments.

Rates will vary depending on season, weekend/holidays, number of nights requested and time of booking. I do strongly suggest that you make your reservation while the availability is there!
