Nestled on a quiet CUL-DE-SAC, this townhome has been fully renovated, beautifully decorated, and feels amazingly luxurious, quaint, and cozy. Enjoy your semi-private beach access that's only one block away, as well as 10+ restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops, boat rentals, and a brewery and water park all within walking distance. This home is perfect for couples, families, and friends. If you have children or infants, you will especially appreciate the amenities we provide to make travel simpler for you. We love spending time as a family relaxing in our beach bungalow! Everything inside this beach condo is BRAND NEW - NEW kitchen, NEW bathrooms, New floors! Vacation in luxury only steps away from the beach!

Our cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome will welcome you right in! The townhouse is three stories, including a garage, with stairs leading up to the main floor living area and guest bedroom and bath, with the master suite on the private, third level. The home is about 1,000 square feet. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas with plenty of natural light throughout. We also have a private balcony off the master bedroom and a shared, semi-fenced yard and patio.

All beach gear stored in the garage is yours to use. We have beach chairs and mats, umbrellas, toys for kids, a beach cart, coolers and more. You can park in the garage, as well as the two spaces in the driveway, for a total of three parking spaces.

The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you need and more to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner during your getaway. We have a full-sized, private washer and dryer inside. Enjoy Smart TV and Wi-Fi and a large flat screen in the living room.

The master bedroom upstairs has a king-sized bed, walk in closet, and private balcony. The master bathroom features a shower and separate soaking tub - all brand new. The downstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed with a large closets. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room that can sleep 2 additional guests. Our bungalow sleeps a total of 6.

Our home has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Sheets, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and more are all provided for you. For the kids, we have games, dishes, utensils, toys, a changing pad, blankets, a pack n play, high chair, and baby gate for the stairs. Make yourself at home!

****No pets or animals of any kind. We have a child with Bronchomalacia (similar symptoms to cystic fibrosis and asthma). If you book and later ask to bring an animal or arrive with an animal, our refund policy applies.
