From your windows, you see the site of one of the famous naval battles of the American Civil War between the Confederate Alabama and the U.S.S. Kearsarge. Beautiful walks, short and long, from your doorstep. Renovated, tastefully and comfortably. Conveniently near to all shops, services.

Gîte for 4 guests : Gîte du Moulin à Blé (Wheat mill). Independent watermill on two levels. One bedroom with a double bed (1m40 wide) + a second bedroom with twin beds (1m10) wide. Bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Living room with 3 windows on the sea, wood stove, CD, DVD reader,TV, kitchen with microwave/classic oven, washing machine. Terrace facing the sea with garden furniture. 1.4 km from shops and services.

The main heating is through hot water radiators, included in the price. There are additional electric radiators. The price includes water, and electricity within the limit of 8 kwh /night. additional kwh at 0.20 €. Rented as gite ( weekly and do your own cleaning). séjour agréable

Environnement très agréable pour un séjour familial (2 adultes et trois enfants de moins de 6 ans). Logement confortable. A préciser néanmoins: l'escalier intérieur n'est pas adapté aux enfants en bas âge et nécessite des précautions

Kleines Haus in perfekter Lage

Die Unterkunft entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Die Lage in Meeresnähe und am Rande des Schlossgartens war wunderschön. Der Küstenwanderweg führt am Haus vorbei. Strand und Geschäfte sind gut erreichbar. Alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt, war im schönen Haus vorhanden.

Wildromantische Normandie in eigener Wassermühle

Die Wassermühle liegt abseits auf dem Gelände eines Schlosses. Fantastische Aussicht auf Schloss und Meer aus den großen Fenstern des Wohnraumes laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Beschreibung stimmt zu 100 % hier gibt es keine bösen Überraschungen. Die Küche ist einfach aber gut ausgestattet. Das große Sofa hat den besten Platz für gemütliche Abende, ob mit Buch, Fernseher oder einfach nur der Aussicht. Bad hat alles, was es braucht, dank Waschmaschine und Trockner kann man mit Kleiner Ausstattung anreisen. Die Betten im Obergeschoss sind genau richtig und man steht schon nach der ersten Nacht ohne große Umgewöhnung entspannt auf und kann die Normandie entdecken. Einfach am Ende der Ausfahrt nur rechts oder links abbiegen und sich überraschen lassen. In einer kompletten Mappe hat der Gastgeber Informatives zu seiner Mühle, den Abläufen vor Ort, der ökologischen Ausrichtung und Tipps für Touren in die Umgebung zusammengestellt. Ein absolutes „Rundum-sorglos-Paket“. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Un merveilleux endroit face à la mer

Nous avons passé un extraordinaire séjour, dans cet ancien moulin de pierre face à la mer et entouré d’une superbe forêt. Le lieu est propice à la détente et proche de magnifiques lieu à visiter dans la région. Le gîte est très confortable, on a du plaisir à y retourner après une belle randonnée sur le sentier du littoral tout proche. Tout y est aménagé intelligemment. Le propriétaire des lieux nous réserve un accueil chaleureux et bienveillant, ce qui ajoute à ce lieu un sentiment de bien-être. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation et surtout avec plaisir.
