This is a unique entire private 2 bedroom house. Centrally located near all restaurants and shopping centers 20 minutes away from Fort Myers Beach, 30 minutes to Sanible and Captiva beach, not too far from Naples and Marco Island. This house has 2 bedroom and 2 baths. One bedroom with 2 twin beds and a separate bathroom. Master bedroom with a king size bed and master bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room. You can relax and have breakfast and all your meals in the Lanai. Take evening walks in the neighborhood. You can park in the driveway. The house has a washer and dryer. Ring camera in the front of the house for guests safety. No large trucks or trailers allowed.

This home is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the few days that we were able to stay here. It is conveniently located for the sightseeing we wanted to do at Sanibel & Pine Islands.

This place is a keeper!

Elvira's place is so very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. It's in an excellent location for enjoying Cape Coral and Fort Myers Beach. Elvira's communication with us was excellent. I will definitely look to book here the next time I return to the area.

If it were possible we would rate Elvira's Luxurious Escape 10 stars! When the temperature dropped she called & texted to make sure we knew how to turn the furnace on. The duplex was clean and was just as the pictures on the site noted. Unfortunately, my husband became very sick & was hospitalized & we had to leave early. When Elvira found out she told me I should have said something, she would have visited & cooked for us! What landlord would do that???? We definitely would recommend a stay here.

Beyond our wildest dreams!

The host and hostess are on top of their game. They have a spacious and immaculate unit with high end construction materials. They made us feel special the whole time of our 62 day stay. They went way beyond the standard for a VRBO. We're looking forward to staying at this unit again in the future.

Wonderful vacation home in great location!

We had a great stay at the property. It was clean, well maintained, and in a perfect location for accessing all the places we wanted to go. PERFECT VACATION GETAWAY

I can't say enough good things about our stay! The owner was so thoughtful and communicated well with us. She even called me to make sure I was enjoying my stay and that I had everything I needed. It was so sweet that she had some amenities at the house. I can't wait to get back. I would definitely stay here again.

House was nicely decorated and contained features that you don't find in most rentals. For example, a bottle of white wine awaited us after a long ride from PBI.- -most appreciated A variety of toiletries which my wife enjoyed. A Keurig coffee maker with a supply of individual cups. Didn't do any cooking but the kitchen was well stocked. No pool but that was not an issue for us Highly recommended. Jim O'Brien

This house is specially decorated to experience a serene confortable atmosphere and a spectacular view as you sit in the enclosed Lanai in the mornings or evenings.. You can take evening walks, spend the day at the beach or go to Fort Myers indoor Flea market. This area is like no other place in Florida, diverse tourist that come from all over the world, France, Germany, Austria , Spain it has a kind of European feel.

What makes this property unique

The borrowing owls, the birds, the flowers, the palm trees the beaches the marina in the evenings. It is just a spectacular place
