This elegant villa is set in a picturesque location backing onto mountains in the foothills of the Grazelema natural park. 'Las Tres Fuentes', the three fountains, is a stunning three storey house designed and built in an Andalucian style to the highest standards. Nestling amidst olive groves on edge of this pretty Pueblo Blanco with breathtaking views of the countryside and mountains. The villa is a wonderful oasis in which to relax or as a base for activities, including walking, horse riding, caving, climbing, bird watching, painting, wine tours,etc. Only a short stroll into the village square, where you will find a bakery, pharmacy, banks, restaurants, bars, and other day to day necessities. The beautiful historic town of Ronda is 15 minutes by car. Our agent is based in the village. The villa is the ideal base for your self-catering holiday rental whether in spring, summer, autumn or winter, whatever the reason, action packed, a family holiday, romantic break or total relaxation. Further afield: Costa del Sol with many sandy beaches, Marbella, Puerto Banus approx 1hour. Costa de la Luz approx. 1 hour 30 min. Good sandy beaches on Atlantic coast including the famous wind surfing Tarifa.
Many golf course approx one hour from house in and around Marbella area. Also a course at Antequera ).
Ideally situated to explore other pretty pueblo blancos, towns and cities by car. Sevilla, Málaga, Jerez, Cádiz and Arcos de la Frontera, under 1 hour 30 min. Ronda has many wonderful bars, restaurants ranging from simple tapas to fine dining, shops and the famous bullring and gorge. Locally, in Benaojan you can visit the Cueva de la Pileta; these are caves with prehistoric paintings or a trip to the Roman amphitheatre at Acinipo.

Special interest holidays: There are many opportunities for walking, bird watching, horse riding, climbing, pot holing, cycling,local vineyard visits, or even hot air ballooning. The surrounding countryside and wonderful light provides an ideal backdrop for painting.

Hola! We are Roz and Paul and live in a small rural village in West Lancashire and love to spend as much time as possible in Las Tres Fuentes. We have wonderful family holidays with our two daughters, son-in-law and grandson, and also when we are on our own. We have made many friends in the village and can honestly say it is our Spanish home.

We know how important it is for our clients to feel at home in our villa and work hard to understand what they want from their holiday and ensure that they have a wonderful experience, so much so, many return to stay again.

We hope you love the house and area as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

As a family we have been exploring inland Andalucia since 1989 and eventually decided we would like to have our own house in Montejaque. Our first was a village house that we refurbished, and then we had the opportunity to buy some land and build Las Tres Fuentes. An amazing experience, designing our own villa with an architect, sourcing local materials and employing local builders and craftsmen to build our Spanish home.

What makes this property unique

The design of the house over three floors provides the most amazing views. The pool and terraces all add to make the property an ideal holiday choice. We look forward to welcoming you soon. Hasta luego!
