Wonderful family time

The property was better than expected and the use of the family park (within walking fistance) was a big bonus. The property was conveniently located to many places of interest and very clean. The place was well stocked with just about everything you could need. Very happy with our choice

Lovely place to call home!

Our large family enjoyed this spacious 2 bedroom home. It was clean and comfortable. We were happy to have a washer and dryer available and enjoyed the private oceanside club beach access. The home was clean and tidy. New cotton sheets and towels would have been handy! The kitchen was great for cooking and saving money on eating out. Quiet neighbors. It had everything we needed except a can opener, which we left there for following customers:) I did have a terrible time contacing owners the day before our arrival. I was very concerned! I did hear back from them late the night we were leaving and when we arrived we were provided entrance via a door lock code so all was well. You won't need a key (except for the beach) which is very convenient. Beautiful weather and lovely time!

Exceeded expectations!

Wonderful stay! The home is larger than the pictures make it seem. Everything anyone would need for a small vacation or extended stay, which is what we did. We rented the home for two full months and it was great. The location is perfect! Quiet, safe feeling neighborhood with a small community beach within a short scenic walking distance. Daniel was a great host. Quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. We would definitely recommend his rental and would consider staying again.

Owner cancelled on us 1 week before stay.

UNBELIEVABLE! Our reservations were made on August 26, 2014. Today (March 14, 2015) exactly one week before we were to arrive and three days before leaving our home we received an email. NOT FROM THE OWNER, but from PayPal, informing us that our $ had been refunded into our account. There was a short message attached telling us that he was not able to rent for less than 28 days. He did not know this in August?! He could not call us personally?! (Nor did he answer his phone when I attempted to call...or return our call.) Luckily, we were able to get a full refund from a place we were to stay for 4 nights on Summerland Key, and 2 out of 3 hotel nights on our way to and from FL. It was impossible to make other arrangements on such short notice - not to mention prohibitively expensive, due to the season. Our trip was cancelled. Thank goodness we were driving from PA and not flying! BE AWARE!!

Just what we had hoped for

My husband and I visited the Keys for the first time in June. We were on a dive trip and wanted a bit more space than a hotel room would provide. We booked this home and are so glad we did! This is the lower level of two-level duplex in a very quiet neighborhood in Key Largo. The home was as pictured and was very clean, well-maintained, had plenty of space, and was stocked with everything we needed for our week - including paper towels, soap, shampoo and trash bags. Daniel & Susel were very responsive and we had no issues with the reservations or our stay. Information was complete and prompt. The electronic door lock took a bit of finesse on a couple of occasions but was completely functional. The laundry is coin-operated outside of the unit - we did not use it but it was on-site. Key Largo is not especially friendly to pedestrians but the location of the home is good and close to restaurants and just a stone's throw from John Pennekamp Park. If you are there in June, you may be treated to the unusual mating call of the tokay gecko that lives very near the house (only lasts a few minutes each evening around 9:30pm). That was a bit startling on a couple of nights before we figured out what it was - nothing directly related to the house but a really interesting experience at no extra charge! We would certainly stay again and recommend it.

Great base for scuba diving

Spent 3 weeks here while attending scuba diving course. Great option for divers, open floor plan in living area provided lots of room for equipment. Extensive outside space for drying and parking. All the amenities you need for a home away from home. Close to shopping but in a quiet neighbourhood. Beach access approx 1/4 mile with great snorkeling and sunbathing.

It was just right for us, the beach was in walking distance from the house and is a wonderful place to sit and relax and get out of the cold in NY. We rented bikes from across the main road for a day and rode down to the John P. park.

This was the perfect place to stay! The home was very clean upon arrival. I was surprised that every thing you needed was already there. The small things like shampoo, conditioner, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper were so thoughtful! It was centrally located to a lot of sightseeing and things to do. Key West is approximately a three hour drive, but a beautiful drive! The renters were so friendly and courteous and trusting and so easy to deal with! The home is decorated nicely also! The private beach is a quick easy walk from the house and it is very peaceful and beautiful. There is a Publix and a Super Kmart a short drive away for groceries. We almost want to keep this place a secret so that we don't have to share renting time! You will definitely enjoy the house and surroundings for an amazing price! Thank you to the renters for making our trip amazing!

Great way to vacation!

This was our first experience renting a private home and we couldn't have been happier! The house was even larger than we expeceted and much better than staying in a hotel. The owners are very easy to work with and very accommodating. It is clean, comfortable and conveniently located in Key Largo. Nice private beach walking distance from the house and plenty of shopping and food options nearby. We look forward to returning again for a future vist!

Nice 2BR home in quiet Key Largo neighborhood

Very nice, very clean, 2BR first floor home in Key Largo. Quiet neighborhood with pleasant residents. Beach park a few blocks away. Close to John Pennekamp. Easy drive to Everglades. Nice restaurants in area.

Peaceful, confortable and nice place

Good place for that one would like to relax with family, cook some fish. Everything that you could need is there, nice patio and private beach. The property is very well and clean maintained. Thank you guys!
