About this property

Located downtown in the heart of Ocean City on 4th street this 5 bedroom 3-bath house is perfect for family vacations. The front porch is a favorite place to watch the sunsets. There is a fenced back yard. There is a playground just across the street for children. The house features 3 downstairs bedrooms each with a queen size bed, and 2 upstairs bedrooms with 6 twin size beds. The upstairs bedrooms share a full size bath, while two full baths, are located on the first floor. The house also has an eat in kitchen, and laundry room. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffeepot. There are also enough plates, bowels, cups and silverware for 12 people. Off street parking is readily available with the extra long driveway that can easily fit up to 4 cars. Along with cable TV in the large living room filled with comfortable seating, Wi-Fi is easily accessible in the entire house. Each bedroom, and the living room have AC window units. Friendly house trained dogs welcome. No smoking is permitted inside the house.

The house is short 3-block walk to the beach and boardwalk. Right across the street from the house is a town playground, baseball field, basketball and tennis courts, and the OC Skate Park. The house also features a front porch with views of the bay. On the bay is a two-block boardwalk that is perfect for fishing or just enjoying the sunset.

Perfect location

Absolutely loved everything about this house. It was super roomy and so comfortable. First time I ever felt so at home during a vacation. The house was so much larger and more nicely decorated than the pictures show.The beds were comfortable and the house was equipped with everything we needed. The laundry room was huge to store all of your things and so convenient to park in the driveway and bring your things in through the back door . The house has individual window air conditioners that kicked a$$. The fenced in yard is great for dogs and hard to find anywhere else. The porch was large and comfortable and the views were spectacular, definitely my favorite place to be. I don’t think you can find a better location, you are right at the bay and a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. There is a 24 hour store a short walk away and restaurants and bars within walking distance. Location is close to everything but the street is so calm, quiet and peaceful . It also feels so open and airy with the huge dog park across the street with nothing blocking your view of the bay. This was the best place I’ve stayed at in OC and I’ve been coming on and off for 27 years. I hope to stay again next year for 2 weeks because this place really feels like home.

Our family had a wonderful experience. We love the area and the house. The Browns are awesome property owners. My grandchildren loved fishing at the bay, which was right across the street. I loved that I could bring my fur babies with us. Thank you

Vacation space for all close to the bay

The picture of the property doesn’t do it justice. Ample space with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 3 master suites on first floor. Big back yard and good size living room. Even had w/d full size. By a skateboard park, playground and basketball court. Few blocks from beach and boardwalk. Awesome experience everyone e had fun and space to crab and fish and canoe
