This elegant DisneyArea Vacation House is conventionally located at a community near Champion Gate at I-4 Highway Exit 58, only about 15-minute drive away from Walt Disney World & golf courses and few minutes from Champion Gate shopping center, Publix super market, restaurants, coffee, golf, and gas station. Just minutes from I-4 Exit 58 provide easy access to Orlando area parks and attractions as well as Florida beaches on either coast.

The vacation house is a lovely two-story house with 3,406 square feet capable of accommodating 14 guests. You will find plenty of room to relax in this spacious vacation home for everyone! The house was renovated recently and just equipped with modern kitchen, floors, pool heater, heat pump, high quality mattresses, and big screen flat TVs to ensure your stay will be comfortable enough. There is a beautiful private screened pool with SPA overlooking a private spectacular scenic view in the back. You can enjoy the yellow sun light, blue sky, and green grass while swimming with your love ones in the pool or just doing nothing sitting in the spa! A game room with pool table is also available for your entertainment.

There are 7 bed rooms, 4.5 baths, a modern living room, a family room, a game room, and a private pool with SPA. The kitchen is fully equipped including all dish ware, cookware, utensils, and two dining tables for 12 seatings combined. A granite kitchen island can be used for additional dinning as well. Powerful washer and dryer are also equipped in the laundry room for your convenience.

Trash cans need to be placed on the edge of driveways for the pick up. Garbage collection is usually in the morning of Tuesday.

property very nice for eight guys on a golf trip.tv channels look to be all pay for view. couldn't watch ncaa basketball tournament only downside.

Very spacious to accommodate large groups

The house is in a community where you feel safe. It is clean and very spacious. It is located close to amenities and parks. The property manager and owner were both very prompt at answering any questions we had. They were very accommodating and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

Lots of bedrooms and baths

We enjoyed our stay. Everone had a bedroom. House was large and had enough space. Only complaint was that there was limited tiolet paper, paper towles. We had to purchase them and kitchen sponge and soaps.

Plenty of space

I stayed there with Grandkids 6,9,11,15 my brother 53 his kids 18,22 . There were plenty of beds and multiple family rooms for all to hang out in. The kids really enjoyed the pool and used daily. The only issue was parking we had multple vechicles no parking on house side of street had to park up the road a few nights.

Golf Trip

Overall great visit. Pool heater was not working but we were promptly refunded. I am sure we would have enjoyed it. Would be a great suggestion if Vrbo,s provide a small basket with a few essentials such as dish washer and laundry pods .

House with pool worked out for us just fine

Not a bad house, nice pool and hot tub, outdoor furniture needs an upgrade as some was rusted badly with jagged edges. kitchen spacious but could use a little paint. 7 bedrooms but 3 bathrooms inside 3 of those rooms with only 1 & 1/2 baths to be used for the rest of the bedrooms.

Some people have no respect for the rules

When we first opened the house all we could smell was cigarettes smoke (NOT the fault of the renter — some people cannot follow the rules which is very said)It took most of the week to eliminate the smell. The house was well laid out with 6 bedrooms upstairs with 3 bathrooms, a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom. The pool which was very nice also had a bathroom. A large equipped kitchen, 2 eating areas and two large sitting areas accommodated our family of 11 very well. This vacation spot was about 15 minutes from Disney with a Publix and Walgreens nearby. This was a fine family vacation house.

Extended family get away

This property was (what we felt was) close to attractions, freeways, shopping, etc. this proper fit our needs as we were a small group but needed separate bedrooms. We would rent this property again for sure. The person who met us was great with ideas on what to do with a low budget, great places to eat, what to avoid (rush hour traffic times), etc. We didn’t use the pool. We also didn’t use the theater feature as there were some cords missing.

Tired but clean

The inside of the property was clean but extremely tired, the pictures must have been taken a few years ago. To be fair to the owner a new toaster and tea towels were provided immediately. The outside around the pool was concerning, broken mesh and dirty floors really let it down. Certainly spacious but very low quality

Wonderful Family Christmas

We had a great trip. This home had ample room for our mixed family. We were all able to have our own space to sleep. The living rooms are fantastic for games and family time. The kitchen was nice to cook in and very well stocked with pans, dishes, coffee pots and so much more. We loved having the crushed ice and water in the fridge. We decided mid way to heat the pool and they were very responsive. They came over when we were out and the pool was heated that evening. We used the hot tub and the pool and had a great time. The kids brought their PS and enjoyed games in the game room on the projector screen. The hot water was ample for all of us to shower each morning. This was a great home for our vacation. Great home for big group

We recently rented this home for our week in Orlando. There were 11 in our group – three different families. There was plenty of room for our group, and there was even one extra bed. The house is clean and comfortable. The property is very much as it appears online-if not better. The game room was really great and was a hit with all the kids. The projection screen set up was awesome for a day when in rained the whole morning! The kitchen is large and worked out great. There were no kitchen towels/dishcloths, but the owner bought some and brought them to us when we called about it. We also had a question about the projection screen and he was very quick to respond. We would happily stay at this property again!

Cleanliness is a virtue

The house is great in size and number of beds but the cleanliness is horrible. The pool was disgusting dirty. The house had dust bunnies and dirt everywhere. The game room had no air conditioning and was miserable hot and humid. The walls were so dirty my skin crawled. I have rented close to 30 houses now for family vacations and this house would have been perfect if they would just put some care into the upkeep. Our favorites were already booked so we took a chance on this house. Im sad to say i wont be staying here again.

The house was a lovely size but we were greatly disappointed with the cleanliness. Black dust bunnies all over kitchen ceiling. Floors were filthy. But the worst was when we arrived late at night to find moldy and stained sheets on the beds. Some mattresses were horribly stained. Not very welcoming at all. Rummaged through the linen closet only to find all linens rolled up and damp. Some beds were awful. Some holes in walls and not all TVs worked. There was black mold in windows. Mattress on front lawn. This house needs a little more attention from the owners and then it would be a great place to stay.

Overall great property!

Big house with more than enough space for everyone. Beds are comfy with extra blankets and pillows everywhere. Fairly clean but a couple small areas could use a bit more attention to cleaning details. Well stocked kitchen for dishes and pots and pans (could use a few drinking glasses, only wine glasses and plastic cups available currently and could use a few more basic pantry items like foil, liquid dish soap, etc). There was one spindle on the stair railing that was loose and kept falling out, an easy fix. The pool area was fantastic, the kids spent many hours splashing to their hearts content and the hot tub was a great bonus. The pool table/theatre room was a hit with the older kids and a great wind-down space for them. The littles in our family really liked the themed bedrooms and everyone else appreciated that every bedroom had its own TV for “me time”. It’s a nice distance from Disney, not too far, not too close (traffic can delay you but we had a rental car and would still be there within 30 min even when it was busy). The owner was fabulous at responding to questions and obviously very professional. Yes the property is not perfect and is showing its age in a few areas, but that being said our family felt it was priced right for the value we were looking for. We would definitely stay again and will recommend to our family and friends this massive house with all the necessities a family needs in a vacation home visiting Orlando for the first time.

First and last stay here. If the listing notes that this is a house in a residential neighborhood, I missed it. On practically every day I experienced the worst of what you’d expect in a neighborhood. Saturday/Sunday night, return from the park, there was a heated domestic dispute 2 doors down. Monday night, we all heard gunshots, followed by sirens.. as a combat veteran, I immediately recognized what I heard as gunshots, and way closer than I was comfortable with. The space itself was large, had many areas that it looked dirty, but was simply use of touch up paint on baseboards/doors that didn’t match. Upon arrival (space sleeps 12 if I remember from the add) there were 4 half rolls of toilet paper.. I guess what was left from the last guest. Not a single “Full Roll”. I went out and had to buy more as of Monday morning… 4 girls need to wipe. Also, signs all over the house with additional “rules” not listed in the post threatening to charge additional fees for everything from a toilet getting clogged, the space needed “too much cleaning” (as defined by who)? I followed all the rules to the letter. So far and was out the door by 0800. So far 24-hours later.. I’ve not been dinged with my deposit that they threatened (back to the signs) to do if they simply decide I didn’t check all their vague boxes. I am respectfully of any property I rent, but between the domestic (people screaming in the streets), gunfire, never. Minimal 45 minutes one was to the parks. Not CLOSE PROXIMITY!

Davenport stay

The house was perfect for us. We were in town for a soccer tournament and it provided everything we needed. The host was easy to work with and made our stay pleasurable.

Great house for a big family

The house was just as advertised. The property manager Michael was great and very responsive when contacted. We had 13 people in the house and it was plenty big enough where we weren't on top of each other. We would definitely book here again.
