This large modern townhouse with garage is centrally located in a newly developed area of South Phoenix - very close to Tempe and Scottsdale and less than 10 minutes from the airport.

The secure gated community of Hunter Ridge is quiet and secure with no through streets. The community iteself is modern and well kept and less than 10 years old. Our home also has a shaded, private back yard with lounge chairs, dining table, firepit, and BBQ. Our back yard looks out to a Canal/walkway and the Legacy Golf Course. Close to everything - Downtown, Scottsdale Road, Airport, and world class golf courses just a couple minutes away!

Our enjoyable Winter getaway

Gated complex with nice 2 bedroom Condo. Nice patio with fire pit. Bicycles were included.

Enjoyed our stay …

Stayed 4 weeks (husband/wife) and was good fit for us. Close to hiking S Mountain and we rode our ebikes along the canal behind the condo. Had all the stuff we needed and comfortable floor plan. We utilized the heated community pool, steps away, as well as the hot tub. Fry’s grocery and other shopping is nearby as well as Sky Harbor Airport. Great communication with Doug.

Great location

The townhouse is located in a nice development in south Phoenix. We enjoyed the close access to the canal,south mountain and the heated pool. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We enjoyed our month in the sun

Great getaway condo!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was very comfortable and well outfitted, the pool was warm and very close, outdoor space private. 10 minutes to lots of numerous great hiking trails. 1/2 Mile to grocery’s, shopping, restaurants, health club, etc. It’s a 15 min drive from sky harbor airport. Any questions or concerns were quickly taken care of by Doug the property owner.

This property is wonderful. It is a very relaxing neighborhood. So easy to get around - Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale Road, Tempe, Glendale - all nice drives. Most everyone who stays at our place gives us really, really positive reviews.
