Sitia Balcony View is a stonebuilt Cretan villa with panoramic view to Sitia city and Bay. It's located in east Crete at Stavromenos village just few minutes way from Sitia city and the airport.
It's a fully renovated, spacious family friendly house with all modern facilites.

Featuring a free parking area, the stone-built Sitia Balcony View villa is located 8 km from Sitia city and beach.
Surrounded by a well-tended garden, it offers free WiFi in all areas. Fitted with stone walls and beamed ceilings, each room is air-conditioned. It is consists of 2 bedrooms with wardrobes, 2 bathrooms and an open space with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for up to 6 people and a living room with the satellite TV. The main area open to large terrace with mountain and sea views and outdoors furniture.

We are always in the apartment at guest arrival and we offer a welcome basket with bottle of mineral water, coffee, tea, sugar, jam, butter, Raki (local drink) and Cretan sweet. A short briefing of the house and some startup details for places to visit is given. We provide full details of any place of interest if asked. We are always there at the departure to greet our guests!

We will be very pleased to help you with everything you need, including advice on the best beaches and destinations, restaurants and even your shopping, to name just a few or in short everything else the region has to offer.

Guests are within 10-minute driving distance from Sitia city and its sandy beach. In Sitia you will also find several café/bars and seaside restaurants. Nearby there are also a lot of traditional coastal cafes, restaurants as well as “rakadika” serving local cuisine and the traditional alcoholic drink called “raki” (made from grapes).
The nearest airport is Sitia Vitzentzos Kornaros Airport with code name JSH (8 km). Heraklion airport with code name HER is also convenient (133km).

The house is located in a very quiet neighbourhood only few minutes walking distance from village’s market/ grocery shop, the taverns were you can tast local food/ drink and the public bus station.

Stavromenos is a very good spot if you like to explore the east part of Crete so hiring a car is recommended along with your daily programme
