Adjacent to the Sandusky Marina, walking distance to boutique shopping, restaurants and parks.

THE SPACE Originally a historic paper factory and completed in 2008 as part of the Chesapeake Lofts project, this is a third floor, loft-style condominium overlooking Lake Erie and Cedar Point. This unique 1200 sq. ft., two bedroom unit features:

* 23’ ceilings * Original, exposed structural steel beams and original brick exterior wall
* A wrought iron spiral staircase and railing encompassing the spacious loft
* Mid-Century and modern décor, furniture and artwork The master bedroom on the main level features a Queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom is in the loft area with Queen size bed and a twin size daybed with a twin trundle. The bathroom is located on the main floor. Bath towels, beach towels, soap and shampoo is included. Fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and corian countertops. Electronic amenities include a flat screen TV in the living room and high speed, wireless broadband internet access. Location was great!

This was are second time staying here and it was great again! There’s a lot of steps to actually get into the condo which is a pain but after that it’s fine. It’s a beautiful condo with great views and the town, which is in walking distance, is so much fun!

Fun in Sandusky!

We loved this condo! Clean. Modern. Central location! The view of Lake Erie and Cedar Point was beautiful! Sandusky is a charming town with plenty to do! My son attends Tiffin University and it took less than an hour for him to come stay with us!
