This beautiful condo is nestled in a resort type condo association, right on the shores of Lake Erie.

We were so happy to have purchased this unit! A spectacular view!

Front row seats to the pool, hot tub, sail boats, jet skis and beautiful, beautiful (yes, I said that twice on purpose) sunrises and ohhhhh those sunsets! Grab your glass of wine and the ones you love, and remember why life is so much better at the lake.

The floor plan of the condo is well suited for families or couples alike. There is a separation of privacy for both bedrooms.
The bathroom has a double sink and a separate shower and toilet area.
The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. You will find everything I think you will need to enjoy dining in a pleasure as well.
There is a washer and dryer in the condo.
The dining and living area are spacious and open on to one of three balconies in our condo. ( Did I mention there is a private balcony in the master bedroom? ). Tell the kids everyone needs to go to bed and slip out on your private balcony. Enjoy that night cap and marvel at the stars , watch the lights of the boats on the lake and listen to the waves hit the shores.

We have enjoyed coming to our condos at the lake for many years. The grounds here are impeccable, you feel like you are at a resort. I guess you are! Private beach area, heated pool and hot tub, (you can actually sit in the hot tub and watch the activity on the lake) a separate sunning deck, also on the water, for sunning or napping. A beautiful hardscape patio area with two gas fire pits and waterfall. Charcoal grills are available at an area by the water with a grassy area and picnic tables. The Shores also offers tennis courts and security.
