• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please dispose the trash daily in the plastic bench or dumpster to keep a clean home.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
Paradise Palms Rules: Any mail with tracking numbers are considered packages.
30LB less - $10 per package
Oversized packages athose weighing over 30 pounds are not accepted at the clubhouse.

Packages will be held for up to 30 days. Packages not picked up within the time limit may be discarded.

If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.

Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Meals are delivered straight to the house.

• POOL HEATER
-Cost: $35 per day.
-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
-Must be requested 48h in advance.
-The heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.

Advertised 11min from Disney, but it’s 30 minutes which is misleading. The drive is not bad & we did not hit traffic. Upon booking, I received an email saying keep an open mind as it may be run down which made me uncomfortable. Maybe advise upfront? House was nice, couches were worn but comfy. It got to 100 many days of our stay, but we had a box fan upstairs & permission to turn our AC to 70 so kids were comfortable. Previous review mentioned welcome kit, but all we received was 1 roll of paper towels, a sponge & a dishwashing tablet. Had to buy tp, there was only two rolls provided. Clubhouse is right across the street, very nice & clean. Our private pool was dirty. 1000’s of bugs & brown sludge so we wouldn’t use it. I asked them to clean it & were told someone came on day 1, it looked like only the leaves were removed as there were still 1000’s of bugs. I asked 2 more times for the pool to be cleaned & no one showed up, on 3rd night my husband spent 2 hours cleaning & skimming so we could use it. When I complained about this to vrbo/Expedia I was given a small refund that I had to fight for. The property refused to reimburse us for the days we could not swim or the time spent cleaning. We found two cockroaches in kitchen, pest control was sent out. Dusty in areas & floors were not cleaned. Old cookies on floor in living room, housekeeping never showed up to fix this. Wasn’t a huge deal, but still a bit gross considering we’re charged cleaning fees…

Read before you book

We arrived late. Management did not call in our reservation, gate would not let us in, had to call and have them call in our reservation, before we could get in. Air conditioning, does not cool house, found a maintenance person on site but was not his job to do this one but, he looked at it and pulled filter out which help, but never cooled off this was at 2:00amgave him a 40. Tip. Their maintenance.man came out the next morning, he says it’s working? The bedrooms need above lights and ceiling fans. Plug in living room between both sofa is crack only one of two work might not be safe. Mickey Mouse room, the cord to back of tv is tight about 2 feet above if child was to get on this cord it would pull t.v. Down,not safe.there was two towels,two wash rag to each bath room no extra, so you have to wash everyday better yet wait til you use the dryer, what a joke, I lost more sleep trying to dry clothes it takes a average of 4 times pushing on permanent press running up and down stairs to push button, I called maintenance, second time they wanted to send out at two or 3 am, I told them no to come out next day while we would be gone cause I wasn’t waiting up all night for them, again. Dryer was never fixed. This could be a nice place if they put in lights and ceiling fans in house,new dryer, get management to do there job. Oh only a couple of tv work, and the thrash in upstairs bathroom was never empty we took pictures and let it like that. The people in club house was great.

Vacation

This property was very nice and convenient. I appreciated the staff leaving a care package with items you might need. They left us water, sodas, coffee, and snacks. This is the ideal property location if you are bringing children. Best vacation spot I have used since 2013.
