About this property

2001 is a 10th (top) floor unit featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a Queen sized bed and there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating 6 guests. The condo has a living room and a full kitchen, and Sugar Top boasts incredible long range views. Kitchen has pots and pans, dishes and silverware, small appliances. NO coffee is provided, but we are now stocking units with salt and pepper, and cooking oil. The condo has an electric fireplace insert, so you won't have to worry about buying wood or not being able to use it when there's high wind. The ground floor of the condo building features an indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and fitness room.
Sugar Top condos do not have air conditioning.
The units only have a 38 gallon water heater, due to space limitations.
This only permits a 3-5 minute shower before the heater needs to recycle and reheat. .

Great property although a little outdated

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Conformatble property located 10 minutes away form the slopes. Plus: the heated the pool (although it was pretty cold). The property overall was in good condition although needs some TLC. NO hangers, full of artificial plants, old phonebook guides and magazines and outdated furniture. If you do not care much about it, it is a great place to stay for the price.

Great view. Not so great condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at Sugar Mountain several times but unfortunately this condo is not up to par. The furniture squeaks, and has no padding and you can feel the wood in the arms of the sofas. There are more than 20 flower arrangements on every single shelf every single part of the condo. They were five on top of the TV itself. There are so many knickknacks and decorations that it is impossible to put anything on any shelf. There is even a China cabinet in the tiny dining room with more dried flowers. Who needs a China cabinet on vacation? I was very disappointed as most of the things in this condo. It looked like they were picked up at yard sales. For instance, a picture in the bathroom had been glued back together, and the dried glue was oozing out of the corners of the frame. As always, the cleaning stuff were amazing the condo was very clean other than all of the knickknacks and decorations everywhere which made it impossible to set any of our belongings down anywhere. I’m sure it was a nightmare for them to clean as well. I would not recommend this unit even though it is on the 10th floor and has a fabulous view.

Nice Property, needs better cleaning

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of the more updated units in the building and it was comfortable to stay in. Unfortunately, there were a number of things that popped up that led us to believe it wasn't cleaned regularly. There was mold growing in the soap dispenser in the master, the counter and a number of glasses were sticky, the master shower drain appear to be partially clogged since it does not drain well.
