Modern, spacious, airy and very green house! In a gated community, just 400m from the beach. With 4 suites with air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue, pizza oven and a deep forest, the house has everything to have a good time.
Paúba is a fishing village, rustic, quiet and with calm sea. Ideal for families.
Of the 4 suites, one is on the ground floor, for those who do not want to or have difficulty climbing stairs. Bathrooms with glass shower.
The TV room is integrated with the entrance and the American kitchen. Has toilet.
The house has a great charm, which is the large sliding glass between the living room and the balcony. When open, the feeling of integration with the balcony, the pool, the spacious backyard and the green is great (in fact, our neighbor in the background is a green area).
