Waterfront Guest House on Beautiful Lake Norman

Looking for a great spot for a quiet getaway? Our waterfront guest house is the perfect place. Sit back on the screened-in porch and take in the excellent view of the lake, or head down to the dock to fish or swim. Bring your boat and spend your days on the water! The Charlotte area has plenty of attractions, including the Charlotte Motor Speedway and other racing attractions, Panthers football games, Hornets basketball games, concerts, museums and more. In the evenings, come back and fix a great meal with the new stainless steel appliances or the outdoor grill, and settle in for a movie on one of the new Ultra HD TV's. You're sure to enjoy a relaxing stay here!

The Space:
The guest house has new furniture, appliances, electronics, and more.

The bedroom is spacious and quiet, with a large closet and dressers and a high-end television.

The bathroom includes all the necessities (soap, shampoo, etc.), and has a stand up shower. Please note that there is no tub.

The living area is nicely-appointed, with new furniture and a high-end television. If work calls, there is a desk and high-speed Internet access available to all of our guests. See the pictures for the results of a recent speed test. The sofa has a pull-out bed for additional sleeping capacity if needed.

The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Spend the evening creating a perfect meal, and enjoy it on the outdoor table on the screened-in porch overlooking the lake.

Guest Access:
Guests have full exclusive access to the entire guest house as well as the screened-in porch. There is a lower deck beside the guest house where guests can access their own private gas grill. The dock is available to all guests for swimming and fishing anytime. My family also uses the dock, so this is a shared space. One boat slip (not covered) is available for guests with boats 25' or smaller. Boats will need to be launched at a nearby public boat ramp, which is only about four miles away by land and right across the cove by water. Parking is available next to the guest house for up to two vehicles. Additional vehicles (including a boat trailer) may be parked on the property, but will be further away from the guest house.

We must abide by our established policies regarding cancelations and refunds (see the Cancelation Policy section of our listing), so to protect your interests, please follow our recommendation and purchase travel insurance so that you can be reimbursed if you need to cancel your reservation outside of our refund window.**

My family and I live in the main house on the property, so we are available to assist if any issues arise during your stay.

Guests will be required to climb one set of exterior stairs in order to access the guest house. There are also a few stairs that lead down to the sidewalk to the dock.

There is a stand-up shower in the bathroom, but there is no tub.

Please keep in mind that our property has a strict no smoking/vaping policy. This applies to our entire property, including not only the guesthouse, but also the porches, patios, dock, and any other part of our property.
