About this property

Apartment with a Terrace and Free Parking - Beach Nearby

The apartment is 20 minutes walk from Old Town, and a few minutes walk from the nearest sandy beach.

There's a free parking space for our guests in front of the house.

The big rooftop terrace with a sea view and a barbecue is placed just above the apartment and it's furnished for all-day relaxation.

The apartment has a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast.

This small, but comfortable apartment (☆☆☆) has two bedrooms: one with a king size bed (160x200 cm) and one with a single bed which can be extended to a king size bed (160x200 cm).
There's also a sofa in the living room with a double size bed (140x200 cm) and we can easily accommodate up to 6 persons but it's perfect for two couples.

The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, 55" TV (with free Netflix), free WiFi, air-condition, it's bright and sunny and it's placed on the quiet street.

The apartment is placed on the 2nd floor in a family house which is fully renovated in December 2017. You have to use stairs to reach the apartment (18 + 18 stairs).

There are many coffee shops, restaurants, clubs, grocery stores, drugstores, and pharmacies nearby. The Night Beach Club is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There's also a fitness, wellness, sauna, and pool just 150 m away, in the beautiful Hotel Marvie.

There are a bus stop and a Hospital just two minutes walk from our building. Free street parking is also available 50 meters away.
The main bus station and Ferry are about 1,3 km away.

Amazing apartment close to beaches

This property was perfect. It was clean and well stocked with amenities. Vesna was great with communication. It was a fantastic location near beaches and shops. I would stay here again in the future.

This apartment was exactly how it was advertised. It is a lovely apartment, clean and in a quiet area not far from old town Split which was about a 20 min walk. Vesna our host was fantastic from booking, answering email questions promptly and full of information. We were greeted with water, little snacks and had use of toiletries and cleaning products free of charge. Rooftop terrace was a fantastic bonus. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Vesna is just unbelievably friendly and you can always text her. The apartment is not huge, but very modern and comfy.

Wir haben in Vesna`s Appartement super schöne 2 Wochen verbracht. Das Appartement war wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern ersichtlich ausgestattet. Kurzer Weg zum Wasser, zu vielen Restaurants und diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man kann fast komplett am Wasser entlang in die malerische Altstadt von Split laufen. Der Kontakt zu Vesna war super gut, sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat auf unsere Anfragen immer sofort reagiert. Wir fanden Split und die Umgebung sehr schön und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal in Kroatien.

Appart très propre .il n’y manque rien ..jamais vu un appartement avec autant d’equipements , parfait.. La terrasse est très appréciée , belle vue.. Environ 20 minutes à pied de la belle ville historique, très belle atmosphère . Vesna est très gentille.

We highly recommend this well appointed, comfortable, really well equipped apartment. The location is in a super safe, clean area. It is close to cafes, stores, the beach and a lovely walk along the water into gorgeous Split. There is a washing machine (so important when traveling), comfortable beds/pillows, a couch that is actually great to sit on, well stocked kitchen, lovely linens, quiet air conditioner, and your on parking space. Did I mentions outdoor space? Yes, you can sit out on a deck facing the water ( few blocks away) but you can see and enjoy it with coffee or drink in hand. There is also a roof top deck! Even more impressive for star gazing! Really enjoyed meeting and being welcomed by Vesna, the owner. She made you feel like you were home. We'll be back, but longer next time. Thanks Vesna for a wonderful stay!
