Three bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom historic old Northeast Bungalow. This cozy house with its backyard oasis which includes a saltwater pool sleeps 4 to 5 people. The backyard is completely fenced in for your 4 legged friends . There is a screened in front porch with a swing as well as 2 medium size living rooms with TVs, and open chef cherry wood kitchen and a walk-in shower . A full size pantry is equipped with large storage space for all your goodies . The front guest bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps 2 . The master has 2 closets , a 1/2 bath and a sterns and foster pillow top queen bed . Perfect for a family . The back bedroom with a large closet and twin sleeps 1 This historic home is a few blocks from the bay where you will find rollerbladers, bike riders, Parks, the North Shore pool, the renowed Vinoy hotel, the Dali museum and our bungalow shed equipped with bikes will get you downtown in 5-10 min. We are pet friendly :-)

The area is fantastic, well kept neighborhood, close to the water/downtown, and quiet. The only issue was the house was not clean. There were dirty dishes in the sink when I first arrived, laundry thrown under the bed, and dust / dirt on floors and trim.

We love the historic bungalow property. The house has great bones not (all heartpine wood) and the salt water pool isnt too shabby either
