We had a wonderful stay. From our morning cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the lake to our evening fire pit. We took in everything. The cabin was perfect for us. We will be back next year.

Beautiful and relaxing cabin get-away!

Absolutely stunning location, with the most thoughtful and responsive hosts! Joanie and Bob have thought of every detail, including locally made books and art, and guidebooks to the natural and human history of the area. The cabin was super clean and cozy, and well stocked with everything we needed. We slept like babies in the amazing loft. We loved our stay and will be back!

Quiet cozy corner on Lake Eyak

I really like the guidebook, it was full of information about Cordova, tons to do, places to eat. Natalie, the property manager, also recommended a few places. There were also lots of cool books to read, some games, and puzzles to entertain ourselves with as well as a Roku if we wanted to stream something. Would definitely stay again.

Warm and inviting

Beautiful cabin a short drive from the ferry terminal right on the shore of Eyak Lake. This place is immaculately clean and has all of the amenities that you might need. It has beautiful tongue and groove vaulted ceilings and numerous windows for a cozy yet spacious feel. The hosts are very communicative and make themselves available for any assistance that you may need. This is the perfect base for your Cordova adventures.

Peaceful, Lovely Lakeside Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay - the views of the mountains and the lake through the changing weather were really special, and the rental had everything we needed. We enjoyed the deck and listening to the birds. It’s a little ways out of town, but no problem with a car, and being lakeside is worth a little distance.

We are very happy with the cabin experience.

The cabin is so close to town so getting by to get supplies and food was easy. Our stay was convenient and the cabin is very cozy. My son loved the loft! The cabin has everything we needed. The owners are very friendly and on time when we needed assistance. Thank you Bob and Joan!

Little slice of heaven

My husband, myself and boys ages 8 & 10 loved staying here. The view can't be beat, and Bob and Joanie are fabulous. We visited friends in Cordova and were out and about every day hiking, fishing and exploring which worked out well as the common and dining area is pretty compact. The cabin was very clean and had some very nice touches. Would love to go back sometime.
