Hi i am Greg, After ten years of working in hospitality industry I decided to run this unique Kefalonian Stone House.
Knowing how important vacations are for people, I decided to renovate this unique place with emphasis to simplicy and luxury living, lightful colours, wood and stone in order to create the most relaxing memories.
Our hospitality service (UNIQUE for house rental) includes turndown service and linen change from the house staff. (ask us for details).
This Stone Mansion provide Sea view at the spectacular and awarded Petani Beach, enjoy the sun, the sea and the nature ! Vilatoria is a small and beautiful village.
Easy access to Myrtos Beach, Assos the picturesque Village and Fiscardo.
At the Area you can find one of the few original Greek taverns overlooking the Sea.

House was build in 1867 in a unique Location up to a Private small hill (like old time used to build, trying to find the perfect spot- Light-full - Airy and quiet) its traditional architecture combined with the carefully restored refurbishment, manage to make visitor meet the authentic island life with all comforts.
The House is combined from two bedrooms for a family of 4 people or 2 couples , one light-full and spacey living room ( possible to sleep 2 people at the comfortable sofa bed) .
Outdoors, house is being surrounding from Patios and terraces 1.000 sqm
- BBQ and outdoor dinning area exists on the property.
