Beachside Bliss GREAT LOCATION!

The landscape in front of our patio will be worked on 9/25-10/14 You’ll still have views but may not be able to walk directly to the pool deck. You can access the pool deck from the breezeway just a feed doors down from our front door.

Closest to the Welcome To Daytona Beach sign...best location for NASCAR 500, Daytona Bike Week and any event at the Convention Center (easy walk!).

Welcome to our condo hotel in Daytona Beach! We are located in the best location in Daytona Beach. It’s a vintage hotel that’s been here since the iconic 50’s. Our home has recently been renovated and updated. The view and access to the beach from our home can’t be beat!

Our home is approximately 400 sq ft with 1 King Bed, 1 bathroom and separate open living room/kitchen. We are 1 of 5 that have a porch where you can walk out the back door to the pool or beach!

We are next to the Worlds Most Famous Beach Sign off of International Speedway Blvd. In the middle of the action for bike week, October Bike Fest, Daytona 500 and many other great Daytona events.


What is provided:

We provide 1 towel and wash cloth per guest listed in the reservation; if this is not enough please bring your own.

We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels per reservation. Please bring extra if this is not enough.

***Daily maid service is not provided.

I am always available for questions via email, text and phone.

The best way to get around is with a car, Uber, or Lyft. You’ll have one parking space for your use while you are here and other guests can pay to park nearby.

Gorgeous Sun rise. Cute condo. It felt homey instead of commercial. Loved listening to the sound of the ocean. Our Host was very prompt in answering questions, We came at off season, so there weren’t a lot of people. Loved it. Hope to come again

Best beach view I have ever had in a condo, we saw dolphins every morning and walking out to the beach as your backyard was amazing. Unit is small but clean and comfortable for two.

Week away from the cold

We were looking for beachfront to escape the Wisconsin winter! This unit was perfect! Had everything we needed and was steps to the beach! Alicia was a perfect host! Very accomodating and responsive to everything I needed.

Bike Week 2025

My husband and I had a great time during Bike Week. The condo is within walking distance to Main Street. I really liked being on the first level with a view of the beach. The place was clean and communication with the owner was great. I would definitely recommend this location when visiting Daytona Beach.

Great weekend getaway

We enjoyed everything about this condo. We visit the area 5-6 weeks a year. PERFECT location. Walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. The outside of the building is a bit outdated but as soon as you walk into the unit that changes. You can tell it has been recently remodeled. The bed was very comfortable.The perfect spot for Just two people. We look forward to renting here again!

It was not secure. We did not stay. Misrepresentation of accommodations The “slider” door ( advertised as pool/beach access) is not possible because it won’t lock behind you, This is a Motel/ motor lodge type building.So instead, to access the pool, you must leave through the front door and enter the parking lot, which is accessible by the public You must then access the pool and beach througha gate from the parking lot. We chose this modest/bare bones unit because it was a working trip, but did not expect compromised security with pool/beach access based on the unit description.

MASCAR Weekend

Attended the Daytona 500 with friends and stayed here. Arrived late in the evening, but check in was quick and easy. Beds were most comfortable and the unit was clean. Had one issue the next morning caused by user error, but solved by Alicia quickly. Had all the utensils needed for our stay. Great location on the beach, with a pool and poolside areas. Very nice. I would definitely recommend to others or stay here again myself.

Thank you for a great week. The unit was nice and up-to-date. The actual resort is still under construction from hurricane Matthew, but the construction wasn't bothersome. The beach in front of the condo is nice, it is not nearly as crowded as other parts of the beach. Thank you Alicia for being available when questions when I had quesitons.

The owner's description is very accurate. Alicia was very easy to work with. The condo unit is well located, has a great view from both the patio and the living room. The basic amenities are all there and the unit is clean. The beach is clean and in a no drive area. Several restaurants are within easy walking distance and any type of food is an easy drive. Beach Getaway

Very nice accommodations and very close to the pier/boardwalk. We were able to walk the beach to get to dinner. Made for a great evening! Alicia was very responsive with a couple questions we had. Will definitely be back!

Property review

The condo we said in was great except for the air conditioning. The property itself was a mess with construction work right outside our door. We could not get to our door without walking around a lot of stuff. The kiddie pool was dirty everyday with cigarettes in it. I know they are working on it from the hurricane but it looks pretty rough on the outside.
