Studio apartment Raspolic is small ( 20m2) cozy apartment in big house on ground floor. House is located in quiet neighborhood. Studio apartment consists of two extending armchairs, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, free WiFi, bathroom with shower and air conditioning.
Our studio apartment is one of four apartments in our house. All apartments are renovated in May 2018. Studio apartment is on ground floor. We are located in a small and quiet street, surrounded by family houses. In front is a large court yard around the house and a large parking lot.
Studio apartment consists of two extending armchairs, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, free WiFi, bathroom with shower and air conditioning.
The nearest supermarket is 300 m away and other facilities (restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, bank, etc.) are located in Matulji (700 m away) and Kastav (2 km away)
We are close to tourist destinations: Rijeka is 10 km away and Opatija 5 km. Nearest beach is 3km away.
