About this property

Sit back, relax, and enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe from your hot tub! This ideal vacation spot consists of one private lake view loft, with a king-sized bed and 1/2 bath; one lakeview bedroom with a queen; and one bedroom with a double and two twins, plus two full bathrooms. Enjoy the wonderful lake views from the living room, kitchen, dining room or from one of the two large decks. Enjoy skiing at Homewood or Palisades; hiking and cross-country skiing very close by at Paige Meadows. Minimum of 7 nights for Christmas/New Year rental and four-wheel drive is recommended for Talmont access hill. The main home only is included in this rental as the separate studio is not accessible during the winter.

A slice of heaven

I don’t even know where to start. This home, view, neighborhood and host are SPECTACULAR. This home did not disappoint. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need and very clean. The host is easily accessible and very speedy communication. My family and I felt like we were right at home and never wanted to leave the cabin. We definitely will be back!

Awesome View in a cabin that could use a bit of TLC

The cabin is located nicely up the hill about 800-1000 ft above the lake which gives it a great view from the two level deck, which is the saving grace for this property. We had 7 people in the cabin for about 5 days and it was very tight, all the interior spaces especially the kitchen and bathrooms need some updating and maintenance. The property was surface clean but needs a deep clean. All in all i dont think we will be back, at this price point there are alot better options in the area

Wonderful Location

We had such a wonderful stay! The cabin has a great layout and wonderful decks with gorgeous views. It was well appointed with plenty of everything we could ever need. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to go back next summer!

My wife, Barb, and I have been in Tahoe for nearly 50 years. I own and manage Tahoe Park Realty, located 1/2 block from the private homeowners beach. We are always close by to assist you with any concerns or needs for general information. I enjoy the area and love to mountain bike ride, ski, hike, cut firewood, and appreciate the wonderful seasons we see at the lake. My major goal at the time is to teach all seven grandchildren how to ski.

Ideal lake view, great hot tub looking over the lake, access to a private homeowners beach, quiet location, and great sun exposure. Close to hiking and bike trails.

What makes this property unique

Lake view, hot tub, and lots of recreational activities. Close to great restaurants, the lake, bike trails, hiking, relaxing in the sun, watching a thunder storm over the lake, sunrises and sunsets making it hard to leave the deck. A great covered second lake view deck on the lower floor, allows an outside experience without excessive sun exposure. A separate studio unit will provide space for two more guests, who will enjoy the view from their queen size bed or private outside deck.
