Amazing location for holiday weekend

We were able to park cars and walk everywhere to avoid the 4th of July holiday traffic. Well stocked with items like towels, extra blankets, kitchen items, and more. Enjoyed the cabin feel and charm.

The property was in a great location and had a great hot tub and pretty golf course view. The property and furnishings were a bit tired/worn, could have been cleaned better (lots of spiders/dead spiders in basement bedrooms), and lacked some basic amenities you’d expect to find such as shampoo and wine glasses.

This is our 4 year staying at this property. Deborah is a wonderful host...communicative & responds quickly. Any time we've needed anything she is prompt & so helpful. Our kids love the house as well & always ask when we're going back!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is fantastic. Right on the golf course and a short walk from the lake as well as downtown Kings Beach. The only problem was the downstairs bathroom was pretty bad. The shower didn't work and the whole bathroom needs to be updated. But overall this was a really solid rental!

Lake Tahoe Family vacation

Location is great. Place was perfect size and it overlooked the golf course. Of course, we were happy because it is dog friendly and we had our Golden Retrievers with us. It was very comfortable. Thank you.

Great location

Nice place with a lot of character. There’s some minor damage around the place (holes in walls, leaking around the windows with water damage, etc) that could be fixed. The hot tub was a little cloudy and low in water level. The host was very kind and responsive and overall the stay was great. Fantastic location.

Great location

Great location, walk to the lake. There was a lot of snow so we were able to sled and play out back. Yard wasn’t fenced but the deck is enclosed. Lots of space for everyone and kitchen was well equipped. Hot tub was large and worked great.

Really Good location

Really good location. Close to Safeway, restaurants, and lake. Even though it can sleep 8, the living room and kitchen were small. When we arrived it was super cold, the heat was set to 55 degrees and there was no wood for the fireplace. Overall it was good place for our ski weekend.

We had a nice stay. The home was cozy and in a great location. Wish the deck was cleared of snow so we could enjoy the sunny weather outside but with all the snow this season I guess that’s to be expected.

Tahoe Vista -Convenient hide away

Overall it was great. Good neighborhood, convenient. Home was supplied w everything needed. Just to be be clear, each level has two bedrooms w shared baths. There isn’t an en-suite master bedroom. Overall great stay!
