This lovely, spacious 2-story 2500 sq. ft. home is an ideal setup for 2 families! Located on the beautiful West Shore, walking distance to Hurricane Bay beach, bike path.
Home features lovely open concept floor plan. Entry level includes great room with comfortable seating, wood burning stove (wood provided in winter only), and smart TV, well appointed kitchen with a grand dining table for all 8 guests to gather for meals or games comfortably!
All three spacious bedrooms upstairs have been recently refreshed with lovely new bedding. Master has a comfortable new King bed, new sofa, walk-in closet, and large en suite bathroom with jetted bath tub! Second room has a cozy King bed as well as a Twin bed. Third room is very spacious with a Queen bed, two twins, plus a small lounge area with new sofa, TV/DVD plus lots of games. Second full bathroom upstairs in the hall.

Two car garage, plus 3-4 spaces in flat, easy access driveway. One well behaved dog welcome with advanced approval. Smoking prohibited anywhere on property.

- None of our properties have AC unless mentioned elsewhere
- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
