Please note, this cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood on the west shore of Lake Tahoe. There is a noise ordinance in the Tahoe Basin and we have neighbors that are full time residents of Tahoe. We kindly ask that you abide by the Quiet hours as set forth by Placer County Short Term Rental Division.
Quiet hours are from 9:00pm - 8:00am PST. No hot tub use or external noise between these hours. Ordinance also calls for NO AMPLIFIED SOUND of any kind.
