Rückerstattung der Zahlung!!!
Hiermit fordere ich sie auch die Buchungskosten zu erstatten da keine Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter möglich war und wir in dem gebuchten Hotel abgewiesen wurden da angeblich kleine Buchung stattgefunden hatt!Aufgrund des fehlgeschlagenen Check in forde ich sie auf die bereits geleistete Zahlung in Höhe von
