The Emory University Shuttle stops just a short walk away and provides service to the university and surrounding areas. You can also use ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft, or rent a bike from one of the many bike-share stations in the area.

BEFORE BOOKING:
➜Please make sure your profile is up-to-date and complete
➜All guests must be at least 21 years old

PET POLICY:
➜Pets are welcome, but we kindly request that they stay off the furniture and bedding
➜A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet is required, with an additional fee of $150 for three or more pets

EXTRA GUESTS:
➜A fee of $19 per night per guest is charged after the 6th guest
In compliance with Party Ban, no more than 16 guests are allowed in the house at any time

VISITORS:
➜Visitors are welcome with a one-time fee of $19 per guest

CLEANING:
➜Our team of cleaners strives to provide a clean and sanitized home for your arrival
➜If there are any items in need of attention, we are more than happy to fix them for you

PEST CONTROL:
