This natural stone wall building, completed end of 2006, is the guest's house of a Finca, with its own separate entrance. The approx. 90sq m building is part of the 2.400sq m complex of the Finca, with wonderful gardens and a large pool area. It consists of a separate double bedroom, a second bedroom on the gallery above the living area, a third bedroom (open, on the gallery above the bedroom), an open kitchen, dining area and a shower room, and has its own terrace with BBQ. Situated in one of the most luxurious and privileged areas of the Costa Blanca (Cap Blanc in Moraira), approx. 300 m from a small rocky beach, all amenities, Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkets, Doctors etc. are within walking distance
